Abstract
Studi Evaluatif Terhadap Program Resource Center dalam Memberikan Dukungan Layanan Pendidikan Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus Di Sekolah Dasar Penyelenggara Pendidikan Inklusif Irfan Pratama Abstrak Tujuan akhir dalam penelitian ini adalah merumuskan hasil berupa evaluasi terhadap program Resource Center dalam mendukung layanan pendidikan anak berkebutuhan khusus di Sekolah Dasar penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif Kota Bandung. Studi ini dilatar belakangi oleh perlunya evaluasi program dalam upaya untuk mengetahui tingkat keterlaksanaan kebijakan pendidikan inklusif secara cermat dengan cara mengetahui pelaksanaan masing-masing komponennya. Adapun studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode penelitian studi kasus. Ada 3 Resource yang dijadikan tempat penelitian yaitu Resource Center Bandung, Resource Center Cicendo dan Resource Center Sukapura. Resource Center pendidikan Inklusif berfungsi sebagai lembaga yang memberikan supporting system dalam implementasi pendidikan inklusif, kemudian dievaluasi menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context evaluatin, input evaluation, process evaluation and product evaluation). Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwasannya masing-masing Resource Center memiliki karakteristik, budaya kerja dan sikap kerjanya masing-masing. Hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh berbagai hal baik itu internal dan eksternal lembaga itu sendiri. Pengaruh tersebut ternyata sangat berdampak pada kinerja masing-masing lembaga dalam merealisasikan tugasnya sebagai supporting system pendidikan inklusif dan juga perluasan fungsi SLB dalam implementasi pendidikan inklusif terkhusus di Kota Bandung. Kata kunci : evaluasi program, resource center, sekolah inklusif, anak berkebutuhan khusus Evaluative Study Of Resource Center Programs In Providing education Service Support For Special Needs Children In Inclusive Elementary School IrfanPratama Abstract The aims of this study is to formulate the results in the form of evaluating the Resource Center program towards education service support for children with special needs in of inclusive elementary schools in Bandung. This study is motivated by the need for program evaluation in an effort to find out carefully the level of implementation of inclusive education policies by knowing the implementation of each component. The study uses descriptive qualitative approach and the research method iscase study. There are three Resource Centers that are used as research sites namely Bandung Resource Center, Cicendo Resource Center and Sukapura Resource Center. Resource Center of Inclusive education functions as an institution that provides supporting systems in the implementation of inclusive education, then it is evaluated using the CIPP evaluation model (context evaluation, input evaluation, process evaluation and product evaluation). The evaluation results show that each Resource Center has its own characteristics, work culture and work attitude. This is influenced by various things both internal and external institutions themselves. This influence was very influential on the performance of each institution in realizing their duties as supporting the inclusive education system and also expanding the function of special schools in the implementation of inclusive education specifically in the city of Bandung.
