Abstract

Kemandirian emosi remaja merupakan salah satu tugas perkembangan remaja yang berkontribusi positif dalam mendukung pengembangan individu bidang pribadi, sosial, dan belajar. Penelitian bertujuan menguji efektivitas teknik sosiodrama dalam mengembangkan kemandirian emosi remaja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Kuasi-Eksperimen dengan desain penelitian nonequivalent pre test – post test control group design. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala kemandirian emosi. Populasi penelitian yaitu siswa kelas VII SMP Ar-Rahmah Boarding School Putri Malang Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 berjumlah 156 siswa. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik purposive random sampling. Profil kemandirian emosi remaja berada pada kategori sedang, artinya remaja kurang mampu untuk tidak mengidealkan orang tuanya, kurang mampu dalam memandang orang tua sebagaimana orang lain pada umumnya, tidak mampu bergantung kepada dirinya sendiri, serta kurang mampu dalam melihat perbedaan pendapat atau pandangan dengan orang tuanya. Rumusan program teknik sosiodrama dinilai layak digunakan untuk mengembangkan kemandirian emosi berdasarkan hasil validasi oleh pakar bimbingan dan konseling. Teknik sosiodrama secara empiris efektif dalam mengembangkan kemandirian emosi remaja. ---------- The Adolescent of emotional autonomy is one of the tasks of adolescent development which contributes positively in supporting the development of personal, social, and learning fields. The study aims to examine the effectiveness of sociodrama techniques in developing adolescent of emotional autonomy. The research method used was a Quasi-Experiment with nonequivalent pre-test-post-test control group design research design. The research instrument used was a emotional autonomy scale. The research population consisted of 7th grade students of Ar-Rahmah Junior Boarding School for Malang Girls in 2018/2019 Academic Year with 156 students. The research sample was determined by purposive random sampling technique. Profile the adolescent of emotional autonomy is in the medium category, that means are the adolescents less able to not idealize their parents, less able to look at parents as other people in general, unable to depend on themselves, and less able to see differences of opinion or views with their parents . Sociodrama program formulation is considered appropriate to be used to develop emotional autonomy based on the results of validation by experts in guidance and counseling. Sociodrama techniques are empirically effective in developing emotional independence of adolescents.
