    Abstract

    Berdasarakan pengamatan peneliti, pada saat ini terjadi dekadensi moral, rusaknya akhlak, hancurnya tatanan peradaban, berantakannya tata nilai kehidupan, korupsi merajalela, meluasnya pembunuhan karakter, dapat mengindikasikan kepada rusaknya sistem pendidikan. Seperti yang telah kita ketahui bersama, NU dan Muhammadiyah sebagai organisasi masyarakat Islam memiliki peran dalam dunia pendidikan di Indonesia. Tentunya kedua lembaga tersebut memiliki sistem pendidikan yang diterapkan pada satuan lembaga pendidikan yang dinaunginya. Sehingga penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbedaan sistem pendidikan (Raw Input, Instrumental Input, Enviromental Input, Proses Pembelajaran, dan Output). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dekriptif dengan komparatif studi dan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Proses analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan komponen sistem menunjukkan bahwa Raw Input dari penyeleksian sama namun untuk SMP Ma’arif NU menggunakan Raport sementara SMP 1 Muhammadiyah tidak. Pada aspek Instrumental Input tidak jauh berbeda, namun untuk penyeleksian calon guru SMP Ma’arif NU memiliki kriteria guru yang se-ideologi dan sepaham. Pada aspek Enviromental Input tidak memiliki perbedaan dan sesuai dengan cirikhas dan budaya masing-masing sekolah. Pada aspek proses pembelajaran sama-sama melaksnakan pembelajaran dengan baik. Pada Aspek Output yang dihasilkan SMP 1 Muhammadiyah lebih menonjol bidang keterampilan dan ektrakurikuler dibandingkan dengan SMP Ma’arif NU. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut perbandingan antara SMP Ma’arif NU dan SMP 1 Muhammadiyah memiliki perbedaan dalam sistem pendidikan masing-masing, akan tetapi perbedaan tersebut tidak terlalu jauh. ;--- In accordance with the fact researcher revealed, that in this current day, moral decadence, the destruction of morals, destruction of the order of civilization, the mess of the values of life, rampant corruption, the widespread character assassination, seems to indicate to the destruction of the education system. From the facts, also, NU and Muhammadiyah as organizations of Islamic society have a role in education in Indonesia. Both institutions have an education system that is applied to the units of educational institution which is under the similar context. In reference to those facts, this research aimed to know the difference of education system (Raw Input, Instrumental Input, Enviromental Input, Learning Process, and Output). This research employed the descriptive method with comparative study. In addition, this research used qualitative approach. The technique of collecting data are through interviews, observation and documentation study. The process of data analysis were done by data reduction, data presentation, and data verification.From the results, it can be revealed that the system components showed the Raw Input is from the same selectio, SMP Ma'arif NU is using Raport while SMP 1 Muhammadiyah is not. In the aspect of Instrumental Input, there is not much different. Turning to the teachers' selection, SMP Ma'arif NU has criteria that selected teachers should be in similar ideological. In the aspect of Enviromental Input, the criteria is align with each specialty of school. In the aspect of the learning process, both of schools do learning implementation as well. On the Output Aspects, SMP 1 Muhammadiyah has more prominent areas of skills and ektrakurikuler than SMP Ma'arif NU. In summary, there are several differences in term of educational system between SMP Ma'arif NU and SMP 1 Muhammadiyah but they are not considered as the big matters for educational system in Indonesia.
