Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan mana yang lebih meningkat antara pembelajaran konvensional dengan model pendidikan kebugaran jasmani terhadap derajat kebugaran jasmani siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu eksperimen dengan desain penelitian yaitu pre-test post-test control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas V. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 88 siswa yang terdiri dari 50 siswa laki-laki dan 38 siswi perempuan, rentang usia 10-11 tahun . Penelitian ini dilakukan sebanyak 12 kali pertemuan. Analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 22.00 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh model pendidikan kebugaran terhadap derajat kebugaran jasmani. Terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran konevensional terhadap derajat kebugaran jasmani. Model pendidikan kebugaran secara signifikan dapat mempengaruhi derajat kebugaran jasmani dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional.;--This research aims to this study also compared between the model proposed and the conventional one to find out which one is more effective in increasing students’ degree of physical fitness. The method used was experimental with pre-test post-test control group design. The participant in this study was grade 5 students with the number of sample as many as 88 students consisting of 50 male students and 38 female students, ages 10-11 years. This study was conducted 12 times in which to analyze the data SPPS 22.00 version for Windows was utilized. The results pointed out that there was a significant influence from the model towards students’ degree of physical fitness and a significant influence also occurred from the conventional model against students’ degree of physical fitness. Nevertheless, the fitness education model has more significant influence on the degree of students’ physical fitness compared to the conventional one.
