Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja guru. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMK PGRI 1 Cimahi yang berjumlah 41 orang dengan teknik sampling yaitu sample populasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif verifikasi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis dilakukan pengujian keberartian regresi (uji F) dan pengujian keberartian koefisien regresi (uji t) dengan bantuan program SPSS 24.0 untuk windows. Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif kompensasi berada dalam kategori rendah, motivasi kerja kategori tinggi sedangkan produktivitas dalam kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diketahui: 1) Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh postif antara kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja guru (R2 = 41%). 2) Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang positif kompensasi terhadap produktivitas guru di SMK PGRI 1 Cimahi (α = 0,05, r = 0,034). 3) Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang positif motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas guru di SMK PGRI 1 Cimahi (α = 0,05, r = 0,006).;-- This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work motivasion on teacher productivity. The object of this study is teacher in SMK PGRI 1 Cimahi which amounted to 41 people by using sampling technique. The method used is descriptive vervication method. The instrument used in this study is questionnaire. Statistical analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis whereas hypothesis testing is done by using significance of regression test (F test) and regression coefficient significance test (t test.) with the help of IBM SPSS V.24 for windows software program. Based on descriptive analysis of compensation, it is known that the level low category, while work motivation is known at the good category and the work productivity is in the level of middle. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known: 1) There is a positive influence between compensation and motivation on teacher productivity (R2 = 41%). 2) Partially there is a positive effect of compensation on teacher productivity in SMK PGRI 1 Cimahi (α = 0,05, r = 0,034). 3) Partially there is a positive influence of work motivation on teacher productivity in SMK PGRI 1 Cimahi (α = 0,05, r = 0,006).
