Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Efektivitas Rotasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Aparatur” secara umum penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui efektif atau tidaknya rotasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualittatif deskriptif. Instrumen terdiri dari empat dimensi yaitu tujuan rotasi kerja, alur rotasi kerja, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi rotasi kerja, serta efektivitas rotasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Teknik dalam menyusun instrumen dilaksanakan dengan tiga tahap, yakni tahap awal berupa oberservasi dimana peneliti melihat secara langsung keadaan di lapangan, tahap wawancara bersama narasumber yang mengetahui dan menjadi bagian dari rotasi kerja dan terakhir tahap studi dokumentasi berupa dokumen penting seperti surat keputusan rotasi kerja, nama pegawai yang mengalami rotasi kerja serta foto sebagai bukti hasil wawancara dengan narasumber. Adapun untuk gambaran Efektivitas Rotasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Aparatur Bandung dapat dikatakan “Efektif”, artinya rotasi kerja yang dilaksanakan di Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Aparatur Bandung sesuai dengan misi lembaga sendiri yaitu meningkatkan kompetensi ASN dan rotasi kerja berhasil meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dengan cara memberikan pekerjaan baru yang menjadi tantangan bagi pegawai; This research "The Effectiveness of Job Rotation on Employee Performance at The Apparatus Human Resources Development Center". In general, this research was carried out to determine the effectiveness or failure of work on employee performance. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The instrument consists of four dimensions, namely the purpose of job rotation, job rotation process, factors affecting job rotation, and the effectiveness of job rotation on employee performance. The technique in composing instruments is carried out in three stages, namely the initial stage in the form of conservation where the researcher looks directly at the field, the interview stage with the resource person who knows and becomes part of the work rotation and finally the documentation study in the form of important documents such as job rotation employees who experience job rotation and photos as evidence of the results of interviews with resource persons. The description of the Effectiveness of Job Rotation on Employee Performance at The Apparatus Human Resources Development Center Bandung can be said to be "Effective", meaning that the job rotation carried out in the PPSDM Aparatur is in accordance with the institution's mission of increasing competence and work rotation successfully improving employee performance by providing new jobs that are challenging.
