Abstract
Wana Wisata Situ Cisanti adalah danau buatan yang baru dilakukan pengerukan rawa pada tahun 2002. Di bawah pengelolaan Perhutani Bandung Selatan, kini Wana Wisata Situ Cisanti menjadi kawasan yang banyak didatangi wisatawan. Hingga saat ini, kawasan Wana Wisata Situ Cisanti masih menjadi pertimbangan untuk dijadikan kawasan wisata secara keseluruhan. Berbagai rencana program kegiatan pengembangan kawasan Wana Wisata Situ Cisanti tidak jarang melibatkan masyarakat. Namun, tidak banyak masyarakat juga yang terlibat dalam pengembangan pariwisata Situ Cisanti. Masih banyak perbedaan pendapat di kalangan masyarakat mengenai pengembangan pariwisata. Ada yang berpendapat positif dan negatif. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemahaman masyarakat terkait pariwisata berbasis pemberdayaan masyarakat, menganalisis partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengembangan pariwisata dan menganalisis pengaruh pemahaman pariwisata berbasis pemberdayaan masyarakat terhadap partisipasi masyarakat. Penelitian ini merujuk pada teori mengenai pariwisata berbasis masyarakat yaitu 10 prinsip Community Based Tourism yang dikeluarkan oleh The United Nation Environment Program (UNEP) dan World Tourism Organization (WTO) serta teori bentuk partisipasi yang dikemukakan oleh Pasaribu dan Simanjuntak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif serta analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dan Uji-T. Setelah dilakukan analisis data, dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa hasil positif dari persepsi masyarakat mempengaruhi tingginya partisipasi dalam pengembangan pariwisata di Wana Wisata Situ Cisanti. Kata kunci : Community Based Tourism, partisipasi, Wana Wisata Situ Cisanti. Tourism Forest Cisanti Lake is a new artificial lake was dredged bog in 2002. Under the management of Perhutani South Bandung, now Tourism Forest Cisanti Lake into the area visited by many tourists. Until now, the area of Tourism Forest Cisanti Lake still be considered to be a tourist area as completely. Plans for regional program development activities Tourism Forest Cisanti Lake not infrequently involve the community. However, not many people are also involved in the development of Cisanti Lake. There are still many differences of opinion among the public about the tourism development. Some people argue positive and negative. Thus, in this study aims to analyze public understanding on community-based tourism, analyzing community participation and analyze the influence of understanding people for community-based tourism development to community participation. This study refers to the theories on community-based tourism which is 10 principles Community Based Tourism issued by The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and the World Tourism Organization (WTO) as well as the theory of participation proposed by Pasaribu and Simanjuntak. The method used in this research is descriptive method and quantitative data analysis using simple linear regression and T-test. After analyzing the data, in this study it was found that the positive results of the public perception influence the high participation in the development of tourism Cisanti Lake.
