Abstract

MODEL ARIAS (ASSURANCE, RELEVANCE, INTEREST, ASSESSMENT, SATISFACTION) DALAM PEMBELAJARAN SENI TARI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN GERAK SISWA KELAS VIII DI SMP 1 CIHAURBEUTI KABUPATEN CIAMIS ABSTRAK Keterampilan gerak siswa dalam pembelajaran seni tari menjadi permasalahan dalam penelitian ini, dimana siswa kelas VIII G kurang terampil dalam bergerak dengan alasan guru seni budaya tidak memberikannya pembelajaran seni tari khususnya prsikomotornya, dikarenakan tidak adanya guru yang kompeten dibidang tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji model ARIAS terhadap peningkatan keterampilan gerak siswa dalam pembelajaran seni tari. Secara speasifik permasalahan dirumuskan sebagai berikut: (1) Bagaimana keterampilan gerak siswa kelas VIII pada pembelajaran seni tari sebelum diterapkannya model pembelajaran ARIAS di SMP Negeri 1 Cihaurbeuti Kabupaten Ciamis (2) Bagaimana proses penerapan model ARIAS untuk meningkatkan keterampilan gerak siswa kelas VIII pada pembelajaran seni tari di SMP Negeri 1 Cihaurbeuti Kabupaten Ciamis (3) Bagaimana hasil penerapan model ARIAS untuk keterampilan gerak siswa kelas VIII pada pembelajaran seni tari di SMP Negeri 1 Cihaurbeuti Kabupaten Ciamis. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest-posttest design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelas VIII G SMP Negeri 1 Cihaurbeuti Ciamis dengan jumlah 32 siswa, instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa lembar observasi, sudi pustaka, tes dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada peningkatan keterampilan gerak siswa dalam pembelajaran seni tari setelah diterapkannya model ARIAS. Dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t yang diperoleh thitung sebesar 35,71 dan ttabel sebesar 1,695. Dapat diketahui bahwa thitung > ttabel, Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa model ARIAS signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan gerak siswa dalam pembelajaran seni tari. Kata Kunci: Keterampilan Gerak, Model ARIAS, Pembelajaran Seni Tari ARIAS MODEL (ASSURANCE, RELEVANCE, INTEREST, ASSESSMENT, SATISFACTION)IN LEARNING DANCE TO IMPROVE THE MOTION SKILLS OF CLASS VIII STUDENTS IN SMP 1 CIHAURBEUTI DISTRICT CIAMIS ABSTRACT The movement skill of students in dance learning is a problem in this study, where 8th grade students of Cihaurbeuti 1 Public Middle School in Ciamis Regency are less skilled in moving due to the arts and culture teacher does not give them dance lesson, especially in their psychomotor, because there is no competent teacher in the field. This study aims at testing the ARIAS model for improving student movement skills in dance learning. Specifically the problem is formulated as follows: (1) How is the movement skills of the students in learning dance before the implementation of the ARIAS learning model (2) What are the processes of implementing ARIAS models to improve the students' motion skills in art learning (3) What are the results of the implementation of the ARIAS model for the motion skills of the students. This quantitative research used an experimental method with the design of one group pretest-posttest design. The samples in this study were 32 students of 8th grade in SMP Negeri 1 Cihaurbeuti Ciamis, the instruments used in this study were observation sheets, literature studies, tests and interviews. The results of the study showed that there is an increment in students' motion skills in learning dance after the implementation of the ARIAS model. It is proven by the results of the ttest which obtained tcount of 35.71 and ttable of 1.695. It can be seen that tcount > ttable, so it can be concluded that students' motion skills in learning dance improved significantly after implementing the ARIAS model.
