Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya proses pelatihan dengan menggunakan model cooperatif learning yang di terapkan dalam pelatihan pemandu dasar koperasi di lembaga pendidikan perkoperasian Nasional (Lapenkopnas) adapun yang menjadi fokus penelitian mengenai 1) Perencanaan model cooperatif learning, 2) pelaksanaan model cooperative learning 3) evaluasi model cooperatif learning. Landasan konseptual yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsep Diklat, konsep Andragogi, konsep cooperatif learning dan konsep manajemen. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Lapenkopnas (Lembaga pendidikan Perkoperasian Nasional ), Jati nangor, sumedang dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Sumber informasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengelola, trainer dan peserta. Dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan teknik reduksi, display dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perencanaan sudah dilakukan dengan melibatkan peserta pelatihan dalam pelaksanaannya serta telah disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan peserta. Pelaksanaan sudah dilaksanakan dengan cukup baik dengan menerapkan hampir semua proses dalam model cooperatif learning selain itu peserta cukup antusias dalam malakukan pembelajaran terutama dalam diskusi. Proses evaluasi dilakuakan berdasarkan sasaran yang berbeda yakni evaluasi secara individu dan evaluasi hasil diskusi kelompok, pada proses evaluasi program dilakukan oleh trainer yang dilakukan diawal sebelum proses pembelajajaran dijalankan dan dilaksanakan diakhir pembelajaran, sedangkan evaluasi kelompok dilakukan dengan mempresentasikan hasil diskusi.;-- This research while such by the process of training by using cooperatif kind of classroom learning in practice in training guide the basis of cooperative educational institutions cooperative (Lapenkopnas) national focus research on the planning application of 1) cooperatif kind of classroom learning, 2) the kind of classroom learning cooperative, 3) cooperatif evaluation of the kind of classroom learning. The great conceptual used in this research was a literary training, andragogi concept , the concept of cooperatif learning , the concept of cooperation and the management .The research was conducted in (Lapenkopnas) cooperative educational institutions, Jatinangor, Sumedang by adopting both qualitative and descriptive method. A source of information that the management of the research, trainer and participants. The collection of date using interviews , the study documentation, and observation. While of the data analysis uses the technique the reduction of, display and the withdrawal of a conclusion .The results of the study paper work showing that planning is now being undertaken by with the involvement of the participants of the training in its implementation as well as already adapted to reflect the needs of the documents to participants. The implementation of the was already carried out do a pretty good job by applying a program of almost all the process of term in the model cooperatif learning in addition to that the participants were quite enthusiastic in open eyes of learning especially in the discussions. The process of the evaluation is done according to the targets different of bond issuance will be evaluation carried out by the in an individual manner and evaluation of the results of the discussion groups, on process evaluation of the program was carried out by trainer carried out at the beginning of the before a process the process of learning executed and at end of learning , while group evaluations of the restructurization of have been carried out with delivered presentations on the results of the discussion.
