Abstract

Program pelatihan merupakan suatu hal yang dibutuhkan bagi sebuah organisasi untuk meng-upgrade SDM yang. Permasalahan yang muncul adalah sebaik apapun materi yang diberikan, tidak semua materi yang diberikan akan berdampak siginifikan bagi peserta bila, fokus peserta tidak sepenuhnya tertarik kepada materi yang diberikan. Untuk mensiasati hal tersebut, PT. Shafutama Indonesia dalam programnya menyisipkan Ice Breaker untuk menstimulus rasa tertarik peserta agar mampu selalu on the track selama pelatihan berlangsung, dengan harapan untuk membantu peserta menyerap materi lebih optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan antara persepsi peserta pelatihan terhadap Ice Breaking Games dengan minat belajar (Studi Deskriptif Korelatif pada Materi Pelatihan Back to IM (Insan Mulisa) di PT. Shafutama Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Penggunaan Ice Breaking Games pada materi pelatihan Back to IM sudah sesuai dengan syntax dalam teori Ice Breaker dengan kategori kuat, (2) Tingkat minat belajar peserta materi pelatihan Back to IM sudah berada pada kategori kuat dan memenuhi aspek aspeknya. (3) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan anatara penggunaan Ice Breaking Games dengan minat belajar peserta pelatihan pada materi pelatihan Back to IM pada PT. Shafutama Indonesia.;-- The training program is a necessary thing for an organization to upgrade its human resources. The problems that arise are as good as any material given, not all the material given will have significant impact for the participants if, the focus of the participants is not entirely interested in the material provided. To anticipate this, PT. Shafutama Indonesia in its program inserted Ice Breaker to stimulate the interest of participants to be able to always on the track during the training, in hopes to help participants absorb the material more optimally. This study aims to describe the relationship between the participants' perceptions of Ice Breaking Games with the interest of learning (Correlative Descriptive Study on Training Material Back to IM (Insan Mulisa) in PT Shafutama Indonesia.The method used is descriptive correlational method with quantitative approach. research, generally it can be concluded that (1) The use of Ice Breaking Games on Back to IM training materials is in accordance with the syntax in Ice Breaker theory with strong category, (2) Level of learning interest of participants of training materials Back to IM already in the strong category and (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between the use of Ice Breaking Games with training participants' interest in Back to IM training materials at PT Shafutama Indonesia.
