Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kerjasama Pemerintah dengan Komite Sekolah Terhadap Implementasi Program Wajardikdas se-Kota Cimahi”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai pengaruh kerjasama pemerintah dengan komite sekolah terhadap implementasi program wajar dikdas se-Kota Cimahi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala likert. Sampel penelitian ini adalah komite sekolah sebanyak 93 orang komite sekolah yang terdiri dari 59 komite Sekolah Dasar dan 34 komite Sekolah Menengah Pertama dengan populasi total sebanyak 200 orang komite sekolah dasar dan menengah pertama se-Kota Cimahi. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data yang dihitung menggunakan teknik Weight Means Score (WMS), menunjukkan bahwa kecenderungan umum untuk Kerjasama Pemerintah dengan Komite Sekolah dan Implementasi Program Wajardikdas berada pada kategori baik. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan cukup kuat antara kerjasama pemerintah dengan komite sekolah dan implementasi program Wajardikdas. Kemudian dari hasil perhitungan uji koefisiensi determinasi menunjukan bahwa 35,6% Implementasi Program Wajardikdas dipengaruhi oleh Kerjasama Pemerintah dengan Komite Sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil-hasil tersebut, rekomendasi yang diberikan untuk Dinas Pendidikan dan Komite Sekolah adalah senantiasa meningkatkan monitoring, evaluasi dan bantuan kepada sekolah dan selalu menjaga koordinasi antara Dinas Pendidikan dengan komite sekolah untuk mencapai tujuan dari program Wajardikdas sendiri yakni menignkatkan mutu pendidikan. This research titled "The Influence of Collaborative Governance with School Committees on the Implementation of the Basic Education Program in Cimahi City”. The purpose of this study is to obtain an overview of the influence of the collaboration between the government and the school committee on the implementation of fair programs in all the cities of Cimahi. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The study sample was a school committee of 93 school committees with a total population of 200 elementary and junior high school committees throughout Cimahi City. Based on the results of data processing calculated using the Weight Means Score (WMS) technique, it shows that the general trend for Government Cooperation with School Committees and the Implementation of the Wajardikdas Program are in the good category. The results of data analysis show that there is a significant and strong relationship between the collaboration between the government and the school committee and the implementation of the Wajardikdas program. Then from the calculation of the determination coefficient test shows that 35.6% Implementation of the Wajardikdas Program is influenced by Government Cooperation with the School Committee. Based on these results, the recommendations given to the Office of Education and School Committees are to continually improve monitoring and evaluation and to achieve the objectives of the Wajardikdas program, namely improving education quality.
