Abstract
ABSTRAK Irfan Taufik Risda, 1404232, “Pengaruh Hotel Attributes Terhadap Customer Satisfaction di Cinnamon Hotel Boutique Syariah (Survei terhadap Tamu Individu Yang Menginap di Cinnamon Hotel Boutique Syariah)”, di bawah bimbingan Bagja Waluya, S.Pd., M.Pd dan Dewi Pancawati N, S.Pd., MM. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari hotel attributes terhadap customer satisfaction di Cinnamon Hotel Boutique Syariah. Variabel bebas (X) dalam penelitian ini adalah hotel attributes yang terdiri dari beberapa sub dimensi yaitu physical facilites, service attribute, convenient attribute dan hotel image serta yang menjadi variabel terikat (Y) adalah customer satisfaction. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei menggunakan Teknik systematic random sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 110 terdiri dari merupakan tamu individu yang menginap di Cinnamon Hotel Boutique Syariah. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan program IBM SPSS for Windows 20.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan beberapa temuan yaitu: 1. Gambaran hotel attribute 2. Gambaran customer satisfaction 3. Secara simultan diketahui bahwa variabel hotel attributes memberi pengaruh signifikan pada customer satisfaction di Cinnamon Hotel Boutique Syariah. Pengujian secara terpisah semua sub dimensi dari variabel hotel attributes berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction. . Kata Kunci: Hotel Attributes, Customer Satisfaction, Hotel ABSTRACT Irfan Taufik Risda, 1404232, “The Impact of Hotel Attributes on Customer Satisfaction at Cinnamon Hotel Boutique Syariah (A Survey on Individual Guest that Stay at Cinnamon Hotel Boutique Syariah)”, supervised by Bagja Waluya, S.Pd., M.Pd and Dewi Pancawati N, S.Pd., MM This study aimed to investigate the impact of hotel attribute towards customer satisfaction which took place in Cinnamon Hotel Boutique Syariah. The dependent variavel (X) of the study is hotel attributes consisting of physical facilities, service attribute, convenient attribute and hotel image. Meanwhile, the independent variable (Y) is customer satisfaction.The type of this research is explanatory survey. The method of this research is systematic random sampling technique which the number of respondents is 110 consisting of individual guests who stay at Cinnamon Hotel Boutique Syariah. The type of this research is descriptive and verificative with the method used was explanatory survey. Data analysis technique and hypotehesis test throught multivariate regression which use IBM SPSS for Windows 20.0 . The result shows that simultaneously, hotel attributes gives significant impact on customer satisfaction of Cinnamon Hotel Boutique Syariah and partialy, all of hotel attributes’ dimensions gives significant impact on customer satisfaction.
