Abstract

Anak berkebutuhan Khusus adalah anak yang memerlukan layanan pendidikan khusus, untuk itu sekolah dengan seting inklusif diharapkan dapat membantu anak mengembangkan potensinya dengan optimal, Sekolah dengan seting inklusif memerlukan dukungan yang mumpuni baik itu dukungan sistem (support system), dukungan regulasi(regulation support) maupun dukungan professional (professional support). Untuk itu kehadiran pusat sumber (resource center) SLBN A Citeureupdiharapkan dapat membantu pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif khususnya di kota Cimahi.Penelitian ini dilakukandi pusat sumber atau resource center(RC)SLBN-A Citeureup MetodePenelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif Tujuan dari penelitianuntuk membuat deskripsi atau gambaran secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta, sifat-sifat serta hubungan antar fenomena yang berupa pengambangan dan pengelolaan pusat sumber inklusif dan pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif yang diselenggarakan di sekolah dasar. Bedasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat diperoleh informasiyaitu identifikasi kebutuhan pusat sumber,program pusat sumber yang akan dikembangakan, serta program kerja dan kendala mengenai pengambangan program pusat sumber. Hal itu akan berdampat pada kebutuhan mendesak yangdihadapi oleh sekolah penyelenggara pendidikan Inklusif adalah pengembangan program pusat Sumber yaitu Pusat sumber sebagai pusat bantuan layanan professional, yang memberikan informasi secara meneyeluruh tentang ABK, terkait identifikasi, layanan pendidikan, pembelajaran dan pelatihan Assesment yang dilakukan olehtim daripusat sumber/resource center(RC)SLBN A Citeureup Kota Cimahi kepada guru-guru di sekolah reguler penyelenggara pendidikan Inklusif tingkat pendidikan dasar di wilayah Kota Cimahi------Children with Special Needs are children who need special education services, schoolswith inclusive education settings are expected to help children develop their potential optimally, Schools with inclusive settings need qualified support sunch as system, support, regulation support, and professional support. For this reason, the presence of the resource centerof SLBN A Citeureupis expected to helpimplement inclusive education especially in Cimahicity.This research is conducted at the Resource Center (RC) SLBN A Citereup Cimahi. The research method used in this study uses a qualitative approach.The purpose of the study is to make a systematic, factual and accurate description or description of the facts, characteristics and relationships between phenomena in the form of development and managementof an inclusive resource centerand the implementation of inclusive education held in elementary schools.Based on the results of this study, information can be obtained that is identification of the needs of the resource center, program that will be developed, and the work program andconstraints regarding the development of the resource center program. It will be condensed on the urgent need faced by schools providing Inclusive education is the development of the program, namely the Resource Center as aprofessional supportcenter, which provides comprehensive information about special needs children, related to identification, education, learning and assessment training conducted by team from Resource Center of SLBN A Citereup Cimahi to the teacher who teach in school with inclusiveeducation system
