Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latar belakang pendidikan terhadap efektifitas sertifikasi guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian ex post facto. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah para peserta diklat sertifikasi penjas tingkat MTs yang dilaksanakan di Rayon 136 LPTK Unsil yang berjumlah 29 orang. Sedangkan instrumen penelitian ini adalah soal UKG penjas tahun 2012. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dengan menggunakan Independent Sample T-Test didapat hasil penelitian yaitu, Ternyata dalam penelitian ini diketahui bahwa latar belakang pendidikan berpengarauh terhadap efektifitas sertifikasi guru. Hasil pengolahan data tersebut telah membuktikan kebenaran hipotesis, bahwasertifikasi hanya efektif untuk guru yang berlatar belakang pendidikan yang linier.. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa latar belakang pendidikan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru. Untuk itu, guna meningkatkan kompetensinya diharapkan para guru untuk lebih banyak mengikuti pendidikan dan latihan. Dari kesimpulan diatas penulis merekomendasikan,1). Hendaknya guru lebih meningkatkan kompetensi dengan banyak mengikuti pendidikan dan pelatihan. 2) pemerintah sebaiknya banyak menyelenggarakan pendidikan dan latihan guru agar kompetensi guru lebih baik lagi. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the educational background of the effectiveness of teacher certification. The method used in this study is a research method ex post facto. While sampling in this research is attented by teacher training and education participant on period 2012 presented in Rayon 136 LPTK UNSIL as many 29 person. The instrument of this research use UKG askingon period 2012.Based on the results of data processing Independent Sample T-Test the result of research that,. It turns out in this research note that the educational background berpengarauh the effectiveness of teacher certification. The data processing results have proved the truth of the hypothesis, bahwasertifikasi only effective for teacher education background in linear. Conclution of this research that education background is very important to increase teacher competence. Therefore, for increasing their competence hoped more the teachers follow training and education. Based on conclution above, the writer recomended: 1). I hope the teacher more increase their competence by follow training and education. 2). The government is hoped to hold training and education for the teachers more and more in other to better influence for teacher competence.
