Abstract
Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu belum ada program pembinaan sosial berbasis life skill di LPKA Sukamiskin Bandung. Program pembinaan sosial yang dilakukan, pada umumnya masih menggunakan metode konvensional berupa ceramah dan diskusi, juga belum memiliki materi yang sistematis. Program pembinaan sosial yang diikuti oleh remaja binaan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan remaja agar hidup sesuai dengan nilai dan norma yang berlaku di lingkungan sosial. Program pembinaan sosial berbasis life skill merupakan konsep pembinaan yang berfokus pada diri remaja dan lingkungan sosialnya. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk membuat program yang dilengkapi dengan modul pembinaan sosial berbasis life skill bagi remaja di LPKA Sukamiskin. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian PPE yang meliputi Planning, Production, dan Evaluation. Program pembinaan sosial yang dirancang terdiri dari identitas program, tujuan, metodologi, materi, dan skenario kegiatan. Program pembinaan sosial dilengkapi modul pembelajaran. Hasil expert judgement mengenai program pembinaan sosial berbasis life skill berada pada kriteria sangat layak. Ketercapaian kriteria tersebut divalidasi oleh para ahli pembinaan sosial dan ahli materi. Rekomendasi untuk pengelola program, hendaknya program pembinaan sosial berbasis life skill yang telah divalidasi ahli dapat dijadikan panduan pelaksanaan program pembinaan sosial dan juga agar kegiatan pembinaan lebih terarah sehingga memperoleh hasil yang optimal. The problem in this research is no have a social coaching program based on life skill in LPKA Sukamiskin Bandung. The social coaching program carried out, in general, still uses conventional methods in the form of lectures and discussions and does not yet have systematic topics. The social coaching program that is followed by teenagers is aimed at familiarizing teenagers to live up to the values and norms that apply in their social environment. The social coaching program based on life skill is a concept that focuses on self-adolescents and their social environment. The purpose of this research is to make a social coaching program that have been available at Sukamiskin LPKA to be better. This research uses the PPE research model which includes Planning, Production, and Evaluation. The social coaching program designed consists of program identity, objectives, methodology, material, and activity scenarios. The social coaching program is equipped with a learning module. The results of expert judgment regarding the social coaching program based on life skill are of very decent criteria. Achievement of these criteria is validated by social coaching experts and material experts. Recommendations for program managers, should the social coaching program on based life skill that have been expertly validated can be used as guidelines for implementing social coaching program. For teenagers, they should try to implement the results of program in their daily livimg.
