Abstract

Meningkatnya jumlah angkatan kerja baru yang tidak sebanding dengan lapangan pekerjaan yang tersedia, membuat sumber daya manusia dituntut untuk memiliki sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan yang sesuai dengan tuntutan dunia kerja untuk mampu bersaing dan mendapatkan pekerjaan yang layak. Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) adalah salah satu jenjang pendidikan menengah yang mempelajari ketiga aspek tersebut, dan mempersiapkan peserta didik terutama untuk bekerja dalam bidang tertentu. Kesiapan peserta didik yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui hasil pembelajaran kewirausahaan yang diharapkan memberikan manfaat bagi peserta didik untuk siap bekerja menjadi customer care di butik. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh data mengenai manfaat hasil belajar kewirausahaan ditinjau dari pengetahuan mengidentifikasi sikap wirausaha, karakteristik wirausaha, perilaku wirausaha, dan perilaku kerja prestatif wirausaha sebagai kesiapan menjadi customer care di butik. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif dengan alat pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling pada peserta didik kelas XII Program Keahlian Tata Busana SMK Negeri 2 Baleendah yang telah mengikuti pembelajaran Kewirausahaan yaitu sebanyak 47 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari setengahnya peserta didik dapat merasakan manfaat hasil belajar Kewirausahaan sebagai kesiapan bekal menjadi customer care di butik melalui pengetahuan sikap wirausaha, karakteristik wirausaha, perilaku wirausaha, dan perilaku kerja prestatif wirausaha. The increasing of new labors force which are not comparable with the available employment opportunity, makes human resources requires to have attitude, knowledge, and skill which are accordance with the demands of working world to get decent job. Vocational High School is one of senior high school that studies about those three aspects, and prepares students especially for working in a particular field of work. The readiness of students which is studied in this research is through the outcomes of Entrepreneurship learning which is expected give benefits as a readiness to work as customer care in boutique. The goal to be achieved of this research is to obtain data about the benefit of learning outcomes entrepreneurship in terms of knowledge of identifying entrepreneur’s attitudes, entrepreneur’s characteristics, entrepreneur’s behavior, and entrepreneur’s prestigious behavior as a readiness to become a customer care in boutique. The method is used in this research is descriptive research method with data collection technique is questionnaire. The sample in this research was taken a simple random sampling technique in students class XII of Dressmaking Expertise Program SMKN 2 Baleendah who have followed Entrepreneurship learning as many as 47 students. The result showed that more than half of students feel of benefit of Entrepreneurship learning outcomes as a readiness to become customer care in boutique through knowledge of entrepreneur’s attitudes, entrepreneur’s characteristics, entrepreneur’s behavior, and entrepreneur’s prestigious behavior.
