Abstract

Perempuan yang berprofesi sebagai guru memiliki peran ganda, di satu sisi berperan di ranah domestik sebagai istri dan ibu, di sisi lain berperan di ranah publik sebagai guru di sekolah. Menjadi seorang guru bukanlah tugas yang mudah, karena kondisi saat ini metuntut guru untuk dapat mengerjakan serangkain beban kerja yang banyak. Banyaknya beban kerja guru membuat urusan rumah tangga terutama hubungan dalam keluarga dapat terganggu. Hubungan di dalam keluarga sendiri ditentukan oleh interaksi antar anggota keluarga, yang nantinya akan mempengaruhi harmonis atau tidaknya sebuah keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja guru terhadap keharmonisan pada keluarga guru perempuan di SMA Negeri kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan metode yang digunakan adalah metode deksriptif korelasional. Metode ini digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket. Metode analisis data yang digunakan ialah dengan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa beban kerja guru perempuan di SMA Negeri Kota Bandung sudah dilaksanakan secara optimal. Guru perempuan dapat menjalankan perannya sebagai guru yang profesional, serta dapat bertanggungjawab terhadap pekerjaannya di sekolah. Selain itu, guru perempuan tidak hanya sukses di ranah publik yakni sebagai guru profesional, tetapi juga sukses di ranah domestik yakni dalam membina keharmonisan keluarga. Guru perempuan dapat memenuhi perannya dan menjalankan kewajibannya sebagai istri dan ibu secara optimal, sehingga tercipta keharmonisan dalam keluarga guru perempuan. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara beban kerja guru terhadap keharmonisan keluarga, r xy = 0,409. Beban kerja berpengaruh sebesar 16,8% terhadap keharmonisan dalam keluarga guru perempuan di SMA Negeri kota Bandung, dan 83,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Female who work as teachers have a dual role, on the one hand playing a role in the domestic sphere as wives and mothers, on the other hand playing a role in the public sphere as teachers in schools. Being a teacher is not an easy task, because the current conditions require the teacher to be able to work on a large number of workloads. The many workloads of teachers make household affairs especially relationships within the family can be disrupted. Relationships within one's own family are determined by interactions between family members, which in turn will affect the harmony of a family. This study aims to determine the effect of the workload of teachers on harmony in the family of female teachers in Bandung City Public High School. This study uses a quantitative approach. The method used is a correlational descriptive method. This method is used to test a predetermined hypothesis. The data collection tool used in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is a simple regression analysis. The results of the study illustrate that the workload of female teachers in Bandung City High School has been carried out to the fullest. Female teachers can carry out their roles as professional teachers, and can be responsible for their work at school. In addition, female teachers are not only successful in the public sphere, namely as professional teachers, but also success in the domestic sphere, namely in fostering family harmony. Female teachers can fulfill their roles and carry out their duties as wives and mothers optimally, so as to create harmony in the female teacher's family. The results show that there is a significant positive effect between teacher workload on family harmony, r xy = 0.409. The workload has an effect of 16.8% on the harmony in the female teacher family in Bandung City Senior High School, while 83.2% is influenced by other factors.
