Abstract
ABSTRAK Mira Puspita Sari (1506448), “Pengaruh Organizational Commitment Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (Studi pada Karyawan CV GADIZA Kota Depok)”, dibawah bimbingan Prof. Dr. H. Suryana, M.Si dan Annisa Ciptagustia, S.E, M.Si. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) di perusahaan CV GADIZA. OCB sangat penting dimiliki setiap individu dalam suatu organisasi. Karena dengan adanya OCB maka individu akan mencapai produktifitas bekerja, peningkatan kinerja dalam suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasional Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Studi pada Karyawan CV GADIZA Kota Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan populasi berjumlah 60 orang dan responden berjumlah 60 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi person product moment dan analisis regresi sederhana. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji-t untuk melihat pengaruh secara parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Kata kunci : Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) ABSTRACT Mira Puspita Sari (1506448), "Effect of Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (Study on CV GADIZA Employees in Depok City)", under the guidance of Prof. Dr. H. Suryana, M.Si and Annisa Ciptagustia, SE, M. Si. The problem in this study was Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the CV GADIZA company. OCB is very important for every individual in an organization. Because with OCB, individuals will achieve work productivity, Increased performance in an organization. This study aims to discuss about Organizational Commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Study at CV GADIZA Employees in Depok City. This research uses descriptive and verification methods with 60 people fighting participation and respondents winning 60 people. The technique analysis used is product moment conversion coefficient and simple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing uses the t-test to see the effect partially. The results showed that organizational commitment showed a positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
