ABSTRAK Aini Yurisa. NIM. 1604801. Korelasi antara Kecakapan Spiritual dan Ekspresi Diri dengan Perilaku Belajar Siswa dalam Proses Pembelajaran (Studi Kasus pada SMP Istiqamah di Bandung). Tesis. Pembimbing: (1) Dr. Nandang Budiman, M.Si., (2) Dr. Titin Kartini, M.Si. Tujuan dari adanya penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui mengenai korelasi antara kecakapan spiritual, ekspresi diri dengan perilaku belajar siswanya dalam konteks belajar mengajar di sekolah menengah pertama, sehingga masalah yang dapat dirumuskan yaitu, “Bagaimana korelasi antara kecakapan spiritual dan ekspresi diri dengan perilaku belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran?”. Penelitian ini menggunakan disain korelasional dan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data primer sebagai sumber data. Populasi dari penelitian ini merupakan siswa SMP Istiqamah Bandung sebanyak 308 siswa kelas VII, VIII dan IX dengan sampel penelitian 104 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. Variabel penelitian ini ada tiga, yakni kecakapan spiritual, ekspresi diri dan perilaku belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif yang kuat antara kecakapan spiritual, ekspresi diri dan perilaku belajar siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil koefisien determinasi sebesar 42,3% dan 57,7% dipengaruhi variabel lain. Selain itu, hasil analisis uji korelasi dengan nilai yang didapatkan yaitu 0,650 yang bermakna adanya korelasi yang “kuat” sebab adanya keterkaitan yang kuat antara variabel kecakapan spiritual dan ekspresi diri dengan perilaku belajar. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu mengungkap mengenai kondisi kecakapan spiritual, ekspresi diri dan perilaku belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran di sekolah. The purpose of this study is to find out about the correlation between spiritual competence, self-expression and student learning behavior in the context of teaching and learning in junior high school, so that problems can be formulated, "How is the correlation between spiritual competence and self-expression with student learning behavior in learning?" This study uses correlational design and quantitative approach methods with primary data as data sources. The population of this study were 308 Istiqamah Bandung Middle School students in class VII, VIII and IX with a study sample of 104 students selected using the Proportional Stratified Random Sampling technique. There are three variables in this study, namely spiritual competence, self-expression and learning behavior. The results showed that there was a strong positive relationship between spiritual competence, self-expression and student learning behavior. This can be seen from the results of the determination coefficient of 42.3% and 57.7% influenced by other variables. In addition, the results of the correlation test analysis with the obtained value is 0.650 which means that there is a "strong" correlation because there is a strong link between the variables of spiritual competence and self-expression with learning behavior. This research is expected to help reveal the condition of spiritual competence, self-expression and student learning behavior in learning at school.
