Abstract

PEMBUATAN POROS SPINDLE PADA DRILL CHUCK UNTUK MESIN BOR FRAIS UNIVERSAL COMPLEX Tugas akhir ini membahas tentang pembuatan poros Spindle pada Drill Chuck untuk mesin bor frais. Poros Spindle berfungsi untuk mengencangkan poros utama mesin dan sebagai pemutar chuck bor. Selain itu dihitung juga estimasi waktu dan biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pembuatan poros Spindle pada Drill Chuck untuk mesin bor frais. Dalam pembuatannya material yang digunakan untuk pembuatan poros ini adalah S45C. Proses pemesinan yang digunakan untuk pembuatan poros Spindle ini yaitu: proses bubut manual dan proses kerja bangku. Secara teoritis, estimasi total waktu dan biaya produksi yang dibutuhkan adalah selama 3,5 jam dan sebesar Rp. 254.324,00. Secara aktual, estimasi total waktu dan biaya yang dibutuhkan adalah selama 5,6 jam dan sebesar Rp. 402,231,00. MAKING SPINDLE SHOES ON DRILL CHUCK FOR UNIVERSAL COMPLEX FRAIS DRILLING MACHINES This final project discusses the making of a shaft on a Drill Chuck for a milling drill machine. The Spindle shaft works to tighten the main shaft of the engine and as a player for the drill chuck. In addition, it is also calculated the estimated time and cost needed to manufacture Spindle shafts on Drill Chucks for milling drill machines. In making the material used for making this shaft is S45C. The machining process used to make the Spindle shaft is: manual lathe process and bench work process. Overall, the estimated total time and production costs needed for 3.5 hours and Rp. 254,324.00. Actually, the estimated total time and costs required for 5.6 hours and Rp. 402,231.00.
