Abstract
Penelitian ini merupakan studi deskriptif mengenai Diklat Supervisory Management Development Program melalui distance learning di Pusdiklat Ir. H. Djuanda PT Kereta Api Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis: 1) Perencanaan Diklat Supervisory Management Development Program melalui distance learning; 2) Pelaksanaan Diklat Supervisory Management Development Program melalui distance learning; 3) Evaluasi Peserta pada Diklat Supervisory Management Development Program melalui distance learning; 4) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat Diklat Supervisory Management Development Program melalui distance learning. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan gambaran objektif terkait penyelenggaraan sistem pembelajaran jarak jauh di lapangan yang sesuai dengan kajian keilmuan teknologi pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Partisipan/responden angket terdiri dari dua pihak. Pertama, responden peserta diklat sebanyak 23 orang. Kedua, responden trainer sebanyak 7 orang. Narasumber dalam pengumpulan data lewat wawancara dilakukaan kepada tim penyelenggara diklat sebanyak dua orang. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyelenggaraan Diklat Supervisory Management Development Program melalui distance learning menjadi solusi terbaik dalam mengatasi masalah back log siswa, keterbatasan ruang dan waktu serta efisiensi biaya di Pusdiklat Ir. H. Djuanda.----This research is a descriptive study of Supervisory Management Development Program Training through distance learning at the Pusdiklat Ir. H. Djuanda PT Kereta Api Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze: 1) Planning of Supervisory Management Development Program Training through distance learning; 2) Implementation of Supervisory Management Development Program Training through distance learning; 3) Participant Evaluation in the Training of Supervisory Management Development Program through distance learning; 4) Supporting factors and inhibitors of the Supervisory Management Development Program Training through distance learning. This research was conducted to provide an objective description of the implementation of distance learning systems in the training institution in accordance with scientific studies of educational technology. The research method used is descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies. The questionnaire participants / respondents consisted of two parties. First, there were 23 training participants. Second, there were 7 trainer respondents. The interviewees in collecting data through interviews were two people from the training organizing team. The results of this research show that the implementation of the Supervisory Management Development Program Training through distance learning is the best solution in solving students' back log problems, limited space and time and cost efficiency in the Pusdiklat Ir. H. Djuanda.
