Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji reliabilitas dan validitas konstruk dari alat ukur Achievement Goal Questionnaire – Revised (AGQR) yang telah diterjemahkan ke dalam bahasa Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 576 siswa tingkat SMA berusia 15 – 18 tahun. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari uji reliabilitas dengan menggunakan formula Alpha Cronbach dan Split-half reliability serta uji validitas konstruk dengan menggunakan Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), validitas konvergen dan validitas diskriminan. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa AGQR memiliki reliabilitas yang tinggi dengan nilai koefisien reliabilitas Alpha Cronbach dan Spearman-Brown sebesar 0.703 dan 0.695 pada tipe mastery approach, 0.716 dan 0.657 pada tipe mastery avoidance, 0.705 dan 0.679 pada tipe performance approach serta 0.733 dan 0.758 pada tipe performance avoidance. Demikian pula hasil uji validitas konstruk dengan CFA yang menunjukkan bahwa AGQR merupakan alau ukur yang valid dengan nilai indeks kecocokan model absolut Goodness of Fit Indeks (GFI) sebesar 0.95 (>0.9), Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA) sebesar 0,066 (<0,08) dan Standardized Root Mean Square Residual (SRMR) sebesar 0,054 (<0,08). Pendekatan validitas konvergen menunjukkan nilai korelasi yang rendah antara tipe-tipe AGQR dengan tipe-tipe Skala Goal Orientation dari Puspitasari (2013) yakni berkisar antara 0.223 – 0.501. Adapun pada pendekatan validitas diskriminan, tipe-tipe AGQR menunjukkan nilai korelasi yang rendah dengan dimensi-dimensi Kuesioner Status Identitas Vokasional dari Febrianti (2014) dengan nilai korelasi berkisar antara 0.182 – 0.346.;---This study aims to test the reliability and construct validity of the indonesian translated Achievement Goal Questionnaire – Revised (AGQR). The method used is quantitative method with sample amounts 576 high school students aged 15 – 18 years. Data analysis consisted the test of reliability estimation using Cronbach’s Alpha and Split-half reliability and test of construct validity using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), convergent validity and discriminant validity. The result shows that AGQR has high reliability with Cronbach’s Alpha and Spearman-Brown reliability value of 0.703 and 0.695 in mastery avoidance type, 0.716 and 0.657 in mastery avoidance type, 0.705 and 0.679 in performance approach type and 0.733 and 0.758 on performance avoidance type. Similarly, the result of the construct validity test with CFA indicating that AGQR is a valid instrument with the absolute value of Goodness of Fit Index (GFI) equal to 0.95 (> 0.9), Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA) 0.066 (< 0.08) and Standardized Root Mean Square Residual (SRMR) 0.054 (<0.08). Convergent validity approach shows low correlation value between AGQR types with Goal Orientation Scale types from Puspitasari (2013) which ranges from 0.223 – 0.501. As for the discriminant validity approach, the AGQR types show a low correlation value with the dimensions of the Vocational Identity Status Questionnaire from Febrianti (2014) with correlation values ranged from 0.182 – 0.346.
