Abstract

Pendidikan jasmani pada hakikatnya adalah suatu proses pendidikan tentang dan melalui aktifitas jasmani, dengan permainan atau olahraga yang terpilih untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan, dalam penelitian ini yang akan diteliti adalah keterampilan bermain. Dikarenakan tingkat kemampuan keterampilan bermain futsal di SMA Pasundan 3 Bandung kurang begitu baik jadi peneliti mengambil itu menjadi pokok penelitian. Pendekatan Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) lebih menekankan pada pendekatan taktik, hal ini akan memicu siswa untuk memunculkan kreatifitasnya pada saat bermain, kecepatan pengambilan keputusan pada saat bermain dan menekankan berbagai macam variasi bermain, Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) terhadap keterampilan bermain futsal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen. Desain yang digunakan adalah One Group PreTest Post-Test Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta ekstrakulikuler futsal SMA Pasundan 3 Bandung yang berjumlah 16 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 16 orang dengan teknik pengambilan total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah format penilaian Game Performance Assesment Instrument (GPAI). Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis uji normalitas menggunakan persamaan chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dari tabel z hitung > z tabel untuk keterampilan bermain futsal adalah 4,75 > 1,6, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis penelitian ini (Ha) diterima. Kesimpulannya bahwa penggunaan pendekatan Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) dengan menggunakan konsep permainan berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan bermain futsal pada peserta ekstrakulikuler futsal di SMA Pasundan 3 Bandung.----------Physical education is essentially a process of education about and through physical activity, with games or sports selected to achieve educational goals, in this study to be studied is the skills to play. Due to the skill level of playing futsal in SMA Pasundan 3 Bandung less so good so the researcher took it become the principal of research. The Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) approach emphasizes the tactical approach, which will trigger the students to bring their creativity to play during play time, the speed of decision making during play and emphasize the various variations of play. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) on futsal playing skills. The research method used is experiment. The design used is One Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design. The population in this study were extracurricular futsal participants of SMA Pasundan 3 Bandung, amounting to 16 people. The sample in this study amounted to 16 people with total sampling technique. The instrument used is the assessment format of Game Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI). Statistical analysis used is analysis of normality test using chi-square equation. The results showed that from table z arithmetic> z table for futsal playing skills is 4.75> 1.6, so it can be concluded that this research hypothesis (Ha) accepted. The conclusion that the use of Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) approach using game concept has an effect on futsal playing skill in extracurricular futsal participants in SMA Pasundan 3 Bandung.
