Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran atas kemampuan, motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan, pengaruh dari kemampuan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh dari motivasi ke kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh dari kemampuan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek yang menjadi unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan departemen oprasional CV Gufi Kabupaten Bogor. Vaiabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah kemampuan (X1) dan motivasi kerja (X2), serta variabel terikat (Y) yaitu kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Metode yang digunakan yaitu eksplanatori survey dengan teknik sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 90 orang. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana dengan alat bantu software komputer SPSS 21.0. Dari hasil penelitian terhadap pengujian hipotesis, dapat diketahui bahwa kemampuan memiliki pengaruh sebesar 19,9% terhadap kinerja, motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh sebesar dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh sebesar 72,2% terhadap kinerja, dan kemampuan dan motivasi kerja bersama-sama mempengaruhi kinerja karaywan sebesar 76,9%. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, direkomendasikan sebagai dasar untuk dilakukannya penelitian lain mengenai kemampuan dan motivasi kerja dengan indikator dan objek yang berbeda.---- This study aims to describe the ability, motivation and performance of employees, the effect of ability on employee performance, the effect of motivation to employee performance, and the influence of ability and work motivation on employee performance. The object that becomes the unit of analysis in this study are employees of the department Operations CV Gufi Bogor. The independent variabel in this study are the ability (X1) and motivation (X2), and the dependent variable (y) is the performance of employees. This type of research are descriptive and verification. The method used is explanatory survey sampling techniques using saturated sample, and the sample size of 90 people. The analysis data technique used is a simple linear regression with computer software SPSS 21.0. From research to test the hypothesis, it is known that the ability to have an influence on the performance of 19.9%, has the effect of work motivation and work motivation have an impact for 72.2% of the performance, and the ability and motivation to work together affect performance karaywan amounted to 76.9%. Based on this research, it is recommended as a basis for other studies done on the ability and motivation to work with indicators and different objects.
