Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya penurunan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi dilihat dari nilai rata-rata Ujian Nasional SMA Negeri se-Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-efficacy dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar serta implikasinya terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu survei. Sampel yang diteliti adalah siswa kelas XI IIS SMA Negeri se-Kota Bandung sebanyak 282 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu path analysis. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling dan proportional random sampling. Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) self-efficacy berada pada kategori tinggi, lingkungan sekolah berada pada kategori sangat kondusif, dan motivasi belajar berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, sedangkan hasil belajar berada pada kategori sedang; (2) self-efficacy dan lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar; (3) self-efficacy, lingkungan sekolah dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi.;---This research is motivated by the decrease of student learning outcomes in economic subjects seen from the average value of National Examination of SMA Negeri in Bandung City. This study intend to determine the effect of self-efficacy and school environment on learning motivation and its implication to student learning outcomes on economic subjects. The research method used is survey. The sample studied is the students of class XI IIS SMA Negeri in Bandung as many as 282 students. Data analysis technique used is path analysis. The sampling technique used random sampling and proportional random sampling. The research findings show that: (1) self-efficacy is in the high category, the school environment is in very conducive category, and the learning motivation is in very high category, while the learning outcomes are in the medium category; (2) self-efficacy and school environment have an effect on learning motivation; (3) self-efficacy, school environment and learning motivation affect student's learning outcomes on economic subjects.
