    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran perkembangan usaha Gepuk Ny.Yong Kota Bandung dilihat dari indikator : modal kerja, tenaga kerja, volume penjualan, pendapatan dan laba. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif.
    Metode penelitian deskriptif data dikumpulkan melalui pendoman wawancara kepada pemilik Gepuk Ny.Yong Kota Bandung. Objek penelitian ini adalah perkembangan usaha dan subjek penelitian ini adalah pemilik Gepuk Ny.Yong Kota Bandung.
    Hasil penelitian deskriptif ini dan analisis menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan Gepuk Ny.Yong dalam lima tahun dilihat dari indikator modal kerja dalam lima tahun terakhri ini cenderung meningkat, volume penjualan, pendapatan dalam lima tahun terakhir ini cenderung meningkat serta dilihat dari indikator laba juga cenderung meningkat dalam lima tahun terakhir, tetapi disisi lain dilihat dari indikator ketenagakerjaan cenderung berfluktuasi dalam lima tahun terakhir ini.-----This study aims to determine the progress of business Gepuk Ny.Yong Bandung City seen from indicators: working capital, labor, sales volume, income and profit. The approach in this research is using qualitative approach.
    Descriptive research method data collected through interviews to the owner Gepuk Ny.Yong Bandung. The object of this research is the development of the business and the subject of this study is the owner of Ny.Yong Gepuk Bandung.
    The results of this descriptive research and analysis show that the development of Ny.Yong Gepuk within five years seen from the indicator of working capital in the last five years tends to increase, sales volume, income in the last five years tends to increase and seen from the indicator profit also tends to increase in five years, but on the other hand, the employment indicators tend to fluctuate in the last five years.
