Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap perilaku inovatif yang dimoderasi oleh resiliensi pada pelaku industri kreatif fashion di Kota Bandung. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 350 orang pelaku industri kreatif di bidang fashion yang berdomisili di Kota Bandung. Pelaku indsutri kreatif fashion berkisar antara 15-60 tahun sesuai dengan usia produktif kerja. Terdapat tiga instrumen dalam penelitian ini yaitu Interpersonal Communication Competence Scale (ICCS) untuk mengukur kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal, The Resilience Factor Inventory (RFI) untuk resiliensi dan Innovative Behavior Scale untuk mengukur perilaku inovatif. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan pengolahan data menggunakan regresi linear dan regresi bertingkat menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal memiliki pengaruh terhadap perilaku inovatif. Setiap satu satuan peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal maka perilaku inovatif akan naik sebesar 0,683. Sementara dalam penelitian ini resiliensi tidak memberikan efek moderasi pada pengaruh kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap perilaku inovatif. Resiliensi tidak memperkuat dan memperlemah kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap perilaku inovati pada pelaku industri kreatif fashion di Kota Bandung.---- This research aims to determine the influence interpersonal communication competence to innovative behavior moderated by resilience among the creative fashion industry in Bandung. Participants in this study amounted to 350 people creative fashion industry in Bandung city. The age creative fashion industry performer ranges between 15-60 years according to the productive age of work. There are three instruments in this study, Interpersonal Communication Competence Scale (ICCS) to measure interpersonal communication competence, The Resilience Factor Inventory (RFI) for resilience and Innovative Behavior Scale to measure innovative behavior. Data analysis technique used are linear regression and hierarchical regression. The result showed that interpersonal communication competence has an effect on innovative behavior. Each one unit increse of interpersonal communication skills then innovative behavior will increase by 0.683. Then, in this research resilience doesn’t have a moderating effect on the effect of interpersonal communication skills on innovative behavior. Resilience doesn’t strengthen and weaken the interpersonal communication competence to the behavior of innovation in the fashion creative industry performer in Bandung.
