Abstract
Tb. Alvi Rio Iskandar (1306498). Pengelolaan Layanan Mobil Pintar dalam Memenuhi Kebutuhan Informasi Masyarakat (Studi Kualitatif Deskriptif di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Banten). Skripsi Program Studi Perpustakaan dan Ilmu Informasi. Departemen Kurikulum dan Teknologi Pendidikan. Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan. Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia.. Tahun 2017. Penelitian ini memiliki fokus masalah mengenai kurangnya pemenuhan informasi mutakhir di masyarakat. Hal tersebut kurang tersedianya akses informasi melalui media teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi. Layanan Mobil Pintar dapat membantu pemenuhan informasi mutakhir di masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan layanan Mobil Pintar. Penelitian ini menjawab pertanyaan penelitian yang dirumuskan yaitu “Bagaimana pengelolaan layanan Mobil Pintar dalam memenuhi kebutuhan informasi mutakhir masyarakat?”. Secara khusus pertanyaan penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Bagaimana perencanaan Mobil Pintar dalam memenuhi kebutuhan informasi mutakhir masyarakat; (2) Bagaimana pelaksanaan layanan Mobil Pintar dalam memenuhi kebutuhan informasi mutakhir masyarakat; dan (3) Bagaimana evaluasi layanan Mobil Pintar dalam memenuhi kebutuhan informasi mutakhir masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah pengelola layanan Mobil Pintar dan masyarakat sebagai pemustaka. Deskripsi hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan layanan Mobil Pintar sudah berjalan dengan baik. Untuk itu pengelola layanan Mobil Pintar agar dapat meningkatkan layanan kepada masyarakat.-----Tb. Alvi Rio Iskandar (1306498). This study has a focus on issues concerning some lack of updated information fulfilling in the community. This is happended because by the less than sufficient provided information by technology, information and communication.. In these situations, with Smart Car service, can help fulfill the latest information spread in the community. This research is aimed to know service of Smart Car. This research answers the research question formulated that is "How efficient is a Smart Car Service Office in fulfilling public information requirement?". Specifically formulated research questions are: (1) How Smart Car planning in Fulfilling the information needs of the community; (2) How the implementation of Smart Car service in Fulfilling the information needs of the community; and (3) How to evaluate Smart Car services in meeting the information needs of the community. This research uses qualitative method with descriptive qualitative approach. The subject of this research is the service of Smart Car and the community as a user. Description of research results from the management of Smart Car service shows it is already running well. For that to the manager of Smart Car service in order to always provide the best service to the community.
