Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sistem pembelajaran yang diterapkan di Lembaga Bimbingan Belajar “Rumah Belajar Daniel”. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif desain studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan beberapa teknik pengumpulan data, diantaranya adalah menggunakan wawancara, observasi lapangan, studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tujuan pendidikan yang terdapat di Lembaga Bimbingan Belajar “Rumah Belajar Daniel” belum mewakili tujuan pendidikan nasional, isi pendidikan atau kurikulumnya di Lembaga Bimbingan Belajar “Rumah Belajar Daniel” belum memiliki kurikulum sendiri sehingga masih mengacu pada kurikulum nasional yang berlaku di sekolah, analisis butir soal yang disediakan oleh lembaga memenuhi kriteria HOTS yaitu High Order Thinking Skills dengan dimensi proses kognitif yang didominasi dari C2 sampai C4 dan bentuk soal yang variatif. Kegiatan Pembelajaran yang diselenggarakan di Lembaga Bimbingan Belajar “Rumah Belajar Daniel” belum sepenuhnya berbasis landasan pedagogik. Pembelajaran sejalan dengan teori belajar behavioristik dan belum humanistik. Metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan di lembaga tersebut juga kurang bervariasi, metode klik sebagai ciri khas lembaga tersebut pun jarang diterapkan oleh pendidik. Peserta didik yang mengikuti program belajar di lembaga bimbingan belajar “Rumah Belajar Daniel” memiliki karakteristik yang beragam, peserta didik sepenuhnya berperan sebagai subjek pendidikan, walaupun masih ada pendidik yang memposisikan peserta didik sebagai objek pendidikan. ----This study aims to describe the learning system which is applied in the "Rumah Belajar Daniel” Learning Institute. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method with case study design. Data collection had done with several data collection techniques, such as interview, field observation, documentation study. The results of the study indicates that the purpose of education contained in the "Rumah Belajar Daniel" Learning Institute has not been represent the goals of national education, the content of education or curriculum in the "Rumah Belajar Daniel" does not have its own curriculum so it still refers to the national curriculum which is applicable in schools, the analysis of items provided by the institute meets the HOTS criteria, namely High Order Thinking Skills with the cognitive process dimension that is dominated from C2 to C4 and the varied form of questions. Learning activities which are organized at the "Rumah Belajar Daniel" Learning Institue has not been entirely pedagogical-based. Learning is relevant with a behavioristic learning theory, however not a humanistic yet. The method of learning applied in the institution is also less varied, ‘Click Method’ as a hallmark of the institution is rarely applied by the educators. Educands who participated in the learning program at the "Rumah Belajar Daniel" Learning Institute have various characteristics, educands play a role as the subject of education completely, although there are still educators who position the educands as the object of education.
