Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi sekolah dan kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru di SMK N 11 Bandung. Permasalahan yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya kinerja guru. Fokus kajiannya diarahkan pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Budaya organisasi sekolah dan kompetensi professional guru merupakan faktor yang diduga memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Oleh karena itu, penelitian mengkaji tiga variabel yaitu budaya organisasi sekolah (X1), kompetensi professional guru (X2) dan kinerja guru (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei eksplanasi dengan teknik analisis data deskriptif. Selanjutnya, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan cara penyebaran angket/kuisioner, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi. Responden adalah guru SMK Negeri 11 Bandung sebanyak 66 orang. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi sekolah berada pada kategori kuat. Kompetensi professional guru berada pada kategori tinggi dan kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 11 Bandung berada pada kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi, diperoleh hasil bahwa budaya organisasi sekolah dan kompetensi profesional guru, baik secara parsial maupun simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.---This study aims to determine the influence of school organizational culture and professional competence on teacher performance in SMK N 11 Bandung. The problem that is being studied in this research is not yet optimal teacher performance. The focus of the study is directed to factors affecting teacher performance. School organizational culture and professional competence of teachers is a factor that is thought to have an influence on teacher performance. Therefore, the study examines three variables, namely school organizational culture (X1), teacher professional competence (X2) and teacher performance (Y). The research method used is explanatory survey method with descriptive data analysis technique. Furthermore, data collection techniques used by way of spreading the questionnaire or questionnaire, which then analyzed using regression analysis. Respondents are teachers of SMK Negeri 11 Bandung is 66 people. The result of data analysis shows that school organization culture is in strong category. Professional teacher competence is in the high category and the performance of teachers in SMK Negeri 11 Bandung is in the high category. Based on the result of regression analysis, it is found that school organizational culture and teacher professional competence, either partially or simultaneously have positive and significant influence on teacher performance.
