    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 11 Bandung. Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah masih adanya sekolah yang cenderung tidak transparan dalam pengelolaan dana sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran pengelolaan dana sekolah, 2) untuk mengetahui apakah sekolah telah transparan dalam pengelolaan dana sekolah dan 3) untuk mengetahui apakah sekolah telah akuntabel dalam pengelolaan dana sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Alat pengumpulan data tentang transparansi dan akuntabilitas dengan teknik non tes dalam bentuk kuisioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transparansi pengelolaan dana di SMK Negeri 11 Bandung menunjukkan kategori transparan dengan persentase 81,95% akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana menunjukkan kategori akuntabel dengan persentase 85,04%.----
    This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 11 Bandung. Problems studied in this study is there still schools which tent to not be transparent and accountable in managing school fund. The purpose of this research are: 1) to knowing how the description of school fund management, 2) to find out whether school had transparant in school fund management and 3) to find out whether school had accountable in school fund management. The research method used is descriptive method with quantitative approach. Respondence in this research are headmaster, teachers, school comitee at SMK Negeri 11 Bandung. The data collection is obtained by giving the non-test in form of quisionais and interview. Data analysis technique using descriptive analysis. Result of this research show that average percentation of SMK Negeri 11 Bandung transparency in managing school fund is 81,95% including into transparent categories and average percentation of SMK Negeri 11 Bandung accountaility in managing school fund is 85,04% include into accountable categories.
