Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki proses penilaian kinerja dalam pembelajaran Troubleshooting pada unit refrigerasi melalui pembuatan sarana pembelajaran yaitu system refrigerasi dengan tube in tube heat exchanger. Berdasarkan hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa sarana yang digunakan untuk melakukan penilaian kinerja tidak ada, untuk itu masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah Penyusunan Dan Analisis Tes Kinerja Kompetensi Troubleshooting Pada Unit Refrigerasi. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menyusun dan menganalisis instrument tes kinerja kompetensi troubleshooting pada unit refrigerasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI TPTU SMKN 8 Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R & D), ada beberapa langkah yang dilakukan seperti: 1) Potensi Masalah, 2) Mengumpulkan Informasi, 3) Desain Produk, 4) Validasi Desain, 5) Revisi desain dan 6) Uji Coba Produk. Teknik Penilaian dilakukan dengan pemberian soal tes kinerja dengan sarana pembelajaran yaitu trainer system refrigerasi dengan tube in tube heat exchanger. Data penelitian di dapat dari: 1) Hasil Uji Validitas Rasio, yang meliputi tahap persiapan kinerja dengan menggunakan CVR; 2) Hasil Uji Validitas Indeks, yang merupakan hasil pengujian validitas tes kinerja pada pengerjaan alat dengan menggunakan CVI; 3) Uji Validitas Tes Keterampilan; 4) Uji Ketercapaian Instrumen. Secara keseluruhan dari hasil analisis data penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: jumlah nilai CVI adalah 0,92 (valid), jumlah nilai CVR adalah 0,82 (valid), hasil tersebut memperlihatkan ketercapaian dalam rata-rata nilai akhir 85 melebihi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) untuk mata pelajaran Sistem Instalasi Refrigerasi yaitu 75. Kendala-kendala yang dialami selama penelitian adalah sebagai berikut; kesulitan untuk merancang sarana pembelajaran troubleshooting pada unit refrigerasi dan kesulitan dalam membuat instrument penilaian tes kinerja dalam pembelajaran. Solusi yang dilaukan adalah dengan cara mendiskusikannya dengan dosen pembimbing skripsi untuk merefleksikan hasil penelitian pada setiap pertemuan. Berdasarkan hasil nilai yang dicapai siswa dalam pembelajaran tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Instrumen penilaian tes kinerja kompetensi troubleshooting pada unit Refrigerasi bisa di terapkan pada siswa kelas XI TPTU SMKN 8 Bandung.-----This study aims to improve the process of performance appraisal in learning Troubleshooting on the refrigeration unit through the manufacture of learning facilities that refrigeration system with tube in tube heat exchanger. Based on the observation results indicate that the means used to perform performance appraisal does not exist, for that problem studied in this research is Compilation And Analysis of Competency Test Troubleshooting On Refrigeration Unit. In this research, the researcher compiles and analyzes the performance test of troubleshooting competency in the refrigeration unit. Subjects in this study were students of class XI TPTU SMKN 8 Bandung. The research method used is the Research and Development (R & D) method, there are several steps done such as: 1) Potential Problem, 2) Gathering Information, 3) Product Design, 4) Design Validation, 5) Revision of design and 6) Test Try Items. Assessment technique is done by giving test performance problem by means of learning that is refrigeration system trainer with tube in tube heat exchanger. The research data can be from: 1) Validity Test Result Ratio, which includes the preparation stage of performance by using CVR; 2) Test Result Validity Index, which is the result of testing the validity of performance tests on tool work by using CVI; 3) Test of Validity of Skill Test; 4) Instrument Accomplishment Test. Overall the results of the analysis of this research data are as follows: the total value of CVI is 0.92 (valid), the total CVR value is 0.82 (valid), the result shows the achievement in the mean of the final value of 85 exceeds the Minimum Criterion KKM) for the subjects of Refrigeration Installation System is 75. The constraints experienced during the research are as follows; Difficulty in designing the means of learning troubleshooting on the refrigeration unit and the difficulty in making performance assessment appraisal instruments in learning. The solution that is done is to discuss it with thesis supervisor to reflect the research results at each meeting. Based on the improvement of students' assessment in the learning, it can be concluded that the instrument of assessment of performance tests of troubleshooting competence on refrigeration unit can be applied to students of class XI TPTU SMKN 8 Bandung.
