Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pendekatan pembelajaran yang kurang tepat dengan keadaan yang dibutuhkan. Hasil belajar peserta didik tidak dapat mencapai ketuntasan belajar sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan pendekatan mastery learning, dalam mencapai ketuntasan belajar peserta didik dengan standar Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) pada mata pelajaran pemeliharaan sasis dan pemindah tenaga. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus pembelajaran di kelas XI TKR 4 Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri Bantarkalong dengan beberapa tahap pelaksanaan, diantaranya: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, peserta didik dapat mencapai ketuntasan belajar ranah kognitif dengan standar KKM pada pembelajaran siklus dua, peserta didik dapat mencapai ketuntasan belajar ranah psikomotor dan ranah afektif dengan standar KKM pada pembelajaran siklus tiga. Kesimpulan penelitian menyatakan bahwa penerapan pendekatan mastery learning dapat mencapai ketuntasan belajar dengan standar KKM pada mata pelajaran pemeliharaan sasis dan pemindah tenaga.-----This research is based on the approachment of learning that is less precise with the required conditions. Learning outcomes can not achieve learning mastery as expected. This study aims to determine the results of the application of mastery learning approach, in achieving students' learning completeness with standard Minimum Criteria of Completeness (KKM) on the subjects of chassis and powertrain maintenance. This research uses Classroom Action Research (PTK) design, which is implemented in three learning cycles in class XI TKR 4 Vocational High School (SMK) Negeri Bantarkalong with several stages, including: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results showed that learners can achieve cognitive domain learning completeness with KKM standard in learning cycle two, learners can achieve mastery learning psychomotor domain and affective domain with KKM standard on learning cycle three. The conclusion research is results stated that the application of mastery learning approach can achieve learning mastery with KKM standard on chassis and powertrain maintenance subjects.
