Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi yang di ajarkan di SMK Negeri 4 Bandung kompetensi keahlian Teknik Otomasi Industri (TOI) dengan kompetensi yang dibutukan industri bidang otomasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif. Hasil penelitian (1) kompetensi yang dibutuhkan industri bidang otomasi industri yang belum terdapat dalam kurikulum jurusan keahlian TOI SMK Negeri 4 Bandung keahlian otomasi industri adalah kompetensi sistem hidrolik dan handling sistem robotik. (2) kompetensi yang dibutuhkan Industri bidang otomasi industri yang sudah ada di jurusan keahlian TOI SMK Negeri 4 Bandung keahlian otomasi industri namun belum sesuai dengan apa yang di butuhkan industri adalah, (a) Bidang kelistrikan yang belum sampai pada perakitan dan perancangan dan materi yang belum lengkap seperti kelistrikan sedangkan pada materi ajar belum mempelajari P&ID, motor ac/dc, catudaya ca/dc, ups dan pembacaan gambar elektronika, (b) kompetensi Sistem Supervising Control and Data Acuatition (SCADA) juga belum sampai pada menginstal sistem Superisory Control and Data Acuatition (SCADA), Menulis program software Superisory Control and Data Acuatition (SCADA), Merancang Sistem Superisory Control and Data Acuatition (SCADA). (3). Kompetensi keahlian jurusan TOI SMK Negeri 4 Bandung yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri, (a) mengoperasikan peralatan pneumatik (b) memelihara peralatan pneumatik, (c) mengoperasikan sistem pneumatik, (d) memelihara sistem pneumatik, (e) merakit peralatan dan sistem pneumatik, (f) merancang peralatan dan sistem pneumatik, (g) kompetensi pengorasian Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), (h) kompetensi pemeliharaan sensor.----This research aims to know the competencies taught by SMK Negeri 4 Bandung in department industrial otomation technique required industrial automation field. This research is descriptive research. Data analysis techniques are used that is qualitative. The results shows that (1) the competence required of industry automation industrial areas that are not yet contained in the curriculum Department industrial otomation technique in SMK Negeri 4 Bandung automation industry expertise is the competence of hydrolic systems and robotic systems handling. (2) the competence of the industrial automation field required industries that already exists in the Department of expertise SMK Negeri 4 Bandung industrial automation expertise but is not in accordance with the industry is in need, (a) electrical Fields that have yet to come to the Assembly and design and material that is not yet complete as electricity while in the learning material yet studied, motor AC/DC, catudaya ac/dc, ups and the reading of the electronic image, (b) competence The system of Supervising Control and Acuatition Data (SCADA) also have yet to install the system on the Superisory Control and Acuatition Data (SCADA), wrote a software program Superisory Control and Acuatition Data (SCADA), designing the system Superisory Control and Acuatition Data (SCADA). (3) Competence skill majors industrial otomation technique in SMK Negeri 4 Bandung to suit the needs of the industry, (a) operate pneumatic equipment (b) maintaining the pneumatic equipment, (c) operate the pneumatic system, (d) maintain pneumatic systems, (e) assemble equipment and pneumatic systems, (f) designing tools and pneumatic systems, (g) competency pengorasian Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), (h) the competence maintenance sensors
