    Abstract

    Permasalahan yang penulis ajukan pada penelitian ini adalah mengenai bentuk latihan untuk meningkatkan power tungkai. Dalam cabang olahraga selam power tungkai sangat penting dalam kemampuan kodisi fisik seorang peselam, karena pada bagian kaki menggunakan alat bantu yaitu fins. Oleh karena itu peneliti ingin melakukan penelitian mengenai” Pengaruh Latihan Plyometric Double Leg Incline and Stair Bound Terhadap Hasil Peningkatan Power Tungkai dan Kecepatan Underwater 15 Meter Cabor Selam”. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan teknik pengambilan sampel, purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet selam Tirtamerta Bandung sebanyak 12 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes lompat 3 hop dan tes undewater 15 meter. Berdasarkan pengolahan dan analisis data, maka penghitungan dan uji signifikansi peningkatan hasil latihan dilakukan dengan uji signifikansi kesamaan dua rata-rata uji satu pihak yaitu uji t. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah latihan yang menggunakan metode plyometric double leg incline and stair bound memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan power tungkai dan hasil kecepatan underwater 15 meter. ------------ The problems that the authors propose in this study is the form of exercises to improve leg power. In sports diving leg power is very important in the ability of the physical condition of a diver, Because at the foot of using tools roomates fins. Therefore, Researchers wanted to conduct research on "The Effect of Plyometric Exercises Double Leg Incline and Stair Bound To The Results Improved Power Limbs and Speed 15 Meter Diving Underwater sports". The method used in this study is an experimental method using the technique of sampling, purposive sampling. The sample in this study is the athletes dive Tirtamerta Bandung as many as 12 people. The instrument used was a test jump 3 hops and test undewater 15 meters. Based on the data analysis and processing, the calculation and significance test yield improvement exercise is Carried to the significance test the equality of two average test of one party that the t test. The conclusion of this study is that using plyometric exercises double leg bound stair incline and have a significant influence on the increase of leg power and speed results underwater 15 meters.
