    Abstract

    Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya penerimaan diri peserta didik yang diakibatkan kurangnya percaya diri dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki, sehingga merasa minder dan merasa tidak bahagia dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penerimaan diri dengan kebahagiaan peserta didik Kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Lembang Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 342 peserta didik. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu berupa angket tertutup dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Angket yang digunakan untuk mengungkap penerimaan diri peserta didik berdasarkan teori Bernard dan angket kebahagiaan peserta didik berdasarkan adaptasi dari Oxford Happiness Quesionare (OHQ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) penerimaan diri peserta didik Kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Lembang pada umumnya cenderung menolak untuk menerima diri (2) kebahagiaan peserta didik Kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Lembang pada umumnya memiliki kebahagiaan yang seimbang, namun cenderung bahagia (3) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara penerimaan diri dengan kebahagiaan peserta didik.---The research of distributed by low self-acceptance learners due to a lack of confidence with the capability, so feel inadequate and was not happy with the capabilities. The purpose of the research was conducted to find out the relationshipbetween self-acceptance with happiness learners class VII SMP Negeri 3 Lembang of academic year 2017/2018. The methods used in the research, namely research quantitative approach correlation. The research was conducted to 342 students of class VII of SMP Negeri 3 Lembang of academic year 2017/2018 as research population. The instruments used namely in the form of the now closed by using the Likert scale. The now used to uncover self-acceptance learners based on the theory of Bernard and the now the happiness of learners based on the adaptation of the Oxford Happiness Quesionare (OHQ). The results showed: (1) acceptance of self learners Class VII SMP Negeri 3 Lembang in general tend to refuse to accept the self (2) happiness learners Class VII SMP Negeri 3 Lembang generally has a balanced, yet happiness tend to be happy (3) there is a significant relationship between self-acceptance with happiness learners.
