Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan program bimbingan pribadi berdasarkan profil lokus kendali peserta didik kelas X yang layak menurut pertimbangan pakar. Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) bagaimana profil lokus kendali peserta didik kelas X SMA Angkasa Lanud Husein Sastranegara Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2017-2018) dan (2) bagaimana program bimbingan pribadi berdasarkan profil lokus kendali peserta didik kelas X SMA Angkasa Lanud Husein Sastranegara Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2017-2018 yang layak menurut pertimbangan pakar dan praktisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk mengungkap profil lokus kendali peserta didik dan metode deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan gambaran lokus kendali peserta didik. Penelitian dilakukan kepada 367 peserta didik kelas X di SMA Angkasa Lanud Husein Satranegara Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2017-2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, secara umum peserta didik berada pada kategori lokus kendali gradasi internal-eksternal. Akan tetapi, terdapat peserta didik yang berada pada kategori lokus kendali internal dan lokus kendali eksternal. Berdasarkan kondisi lokus kendali peserta didik yang diperoleh maka disusun program bimbingan pribadi untuk mengembangkan lokus kendali peserta didik. Hasil dari uji kelayakan program bimbingan pribadi oleh pakar dan praktisi menghasilkan program bimbingan pribadi berdasarkan profil lokus kendali peserta didik yang layak dan dapat digunakan di sekolah. Rekomendasi penelitian ini ditujukan kepada guru bimbingan dan konseling dan peneliti selanjutnya.------- This research aims to produce a personal guidance program based on the locus of control profile of the appropriate class X students according to expert consideration. The main problem in this research are 1) how the profile of the locus of control class X students of SMA Angkasa Lanud Husein Sastranegara Bandung Academic Year 2017-2018 and (2) how the personal guidance program based on the locus of control profile of the appropriate class X students of SMA Angkasa Lanud Husein Sastranegara Bandung Academic Year 2017-2018 according to expert and practioner consideration. This research uses a quantitative approach to reveal the proile of student’s locus of control and descriptive method to describe the form of the locus of control of the students. The research is conducted to 367 class X students in SMA Angkasa Lanud Husein Satranegara Bandung in academic year of 2017-2018. It is shown in the results that, in general, the students are in the category of internal-external gradation locus of control. However, it is found that students who are in the category of intenal locus of control and external locus of control. Based on the locus of control condition of the students obtained, a personal guidance program is formulated to develop student’s locus of control. The outcomes of the personal guidance program’s feasibilitytest by experts and practioners produce a personal guidance program based on the locus of control of the students that is appropriate and can be used in the school. The research recommendations are addressed to the Guidance and Counseling Teacher and further researchers
