Abstract

Pembelajaran di usia sekolah menengah merupakan upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah dalam mengembangkan potensi anak. Permasalahan yang muncul adalah tidak semua pembelajaran yang diarahkan akan berdampak signifikan untuk kehidupan nyata serta potensi kreatif anak yang kurang terperhatikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan antara penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dengan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa (studi deskriptif korelasional terhadap siswa kelas VII SMPN 1 Bandung). Adapun secara khusus, penelitian ini dibatasi pada sub masalah diantaranya adalah (1) Bagaimana gambaran penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek pada mata pelajaran prakarya di SMPN 1 Bandung? (2) Bagaimana gambaran kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa pada mata pelajaran prakarya di SMPN 1 Bandung? (3) Apakah terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara gambaran penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dengan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa pada mata pelajaran prakarya di SMPN 1 Bandung?. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek pada mata pelajaran prakarya di SMPN 1 Bandung sudah sesuai dengan syntax dalam teori pembelajaran berbasis proyek dengan kategori kuat (2) Kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa pada mata pelajaran prakarya di SMPN 1 Bandung sudah memenuhi aspek-aspeknya dengan kategori kuat (3) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara gambaran penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dengan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa pada mata pelajaran prakarya di SMPN 1 Bandung dengan kategori kuat.;---Learning activity in higher education is the one of The Goverment act to developing students potential. The main issues on this thesis is, not all of learning activity which conducted by a teacher would significantly affected for student’s life and unnoticed student’s creative potential. This research will describe the relationship between implementation of project based learning model towards student creative thinking skill on the workshop subject (descriptive correlations against grade VII students at SMPN 1 Bandung). There are several aspects on this thesis are, (1) How the description of implementation project based learning model on the workshop subject at SMPN 1 Bandung? (2) How the description of student creative thinking skill on the workshop subject at SMPN 1 Bandung? (3) Are there any positive and significant relations between implementation of project based learning model towards student creative thinking skill on the workshop subject at SMPN 1 Bandung?. This thesis method used is the correlational descriptive with quantitative approach. The conclusion of this thesis can be explained as (1) The project based learning model on the workshop subject is properly implemented in accordance with the syntax in learning activity theories with intense categories. (2) The student creative thinking skill on the workshop subject are indicated positive categories. (3) There is a positive and significant relations between implementation of project based learning model towards student creative thinking skill on the workshop subject.
