Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan proses pembelajaran menggunakan model Guided Inquiry dengan bantuan modul praktikum serta mengetahui hasil belajar siswa pada kompetensi menerapkan proses fermentasi dan enzimatis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) model Kemmis dan MC Taggart dengan tiga kali siklus. Hasil belajar kognitif diperoleh dari nilai pre-test dan post-test, hasil belajar afektif diperoleh dari penilaian sikap dan hasil belajar psikomotorik diperoleh dari penilaian kinerja praktikum. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Negeri 1 Pusakanagara kelas X-1 jurusan Teknologi Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian tahun ajaran 2016-2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) ketercapaian kriteria ketuntasan minimum pada aspek kognitif mencapai 80,77% pada siklus III, (2) hasil belajar pada aspek afektif dengan indikator spiritual dan sosial siswa mengalami peningkatan di setiap siklusnya; (3) hasil penilaian psikomotor siswa pada siklus III memperoleh kategori yang “sangat baik”, sehingga seluruh siswa dikatakan kompeten karena telah memiliki seluruh aspek psikomotorik dalam kompetensi dasar melakukan proses fermentasi dan enzimatis.;---This study aims to determine the learning process using Guided Inquiry model with module and also knowing the results of student learning on the competence of applying fermentation and enzymatic process. The research method used was action research class Kemmis model and MC Taggart with three cycles. The cognitive learning outcomes obtained from the pre-test and post-test scores, the affective learning results obtained through the attitude assessment and psychomotor learning outcomes were obtained through the practicum assessment sheet. Subjects in this study were students of SMK Negeri 1 Pusakanagara class X-1 majors of agricultural processing technology academic year 2016-2017. Research results show(1) achievement of minimal mastery criteria in cognitive aspect reach 80,77% in cycle III, (2) learning result on affective aspect with spiritual and social indicator of student have improvement in every cycle; (3) the result of psychomotor assessment of students in cycle III get the category "very good", so that all students are said to be competent because it has all the psychomotor aspect in basic competence to do fermentation and enzimatis process.
