Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas Stellarium sebagai Multimedia Interaktif terhadap pemahaman dan motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran tata surya. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen kuasi. Sampel yang digunakan adalah random convenience sampling. Penelitian dilakukan di salah satu sekolah swasta di Bandung yang jumlah siswanya adalah 41. Stellarium yang digunakan adalah stellarium berbasis windows versi 0.15.1. Item dan Kuesioner Objektif digunakan sebagai instrumen penelitian. Instrumen ini diberikan pada kelas eksperimen dan kontrol sebagai pretest dan posttest. Menurut hasil analisis, nilai gain Normalisasi pada kelas eksperimen dan kontrol adalah 0,33 dan 0,2. Berdasarkan hasil uji sampel Independen hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Nilai sig (2-tailed) adalah 0,019 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,05. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian ini adalah: Terdapat perbedaan pemahaman siswa dengan menggunakan stellarium dalam pembelajaran tata surya; Motivasi belajar siswa dikategorikan sebagai cukup termotivasi;--- This research aims to determine the effectiveness of Stellarium as an Interactive Multimedia to students' understanding and motivation in learning solar system. This study used quasi experimental design. The sampling used was convenience sampling. The research was conduct in one of private school in Bandung which number of students is 41. The Stellarium used is windows based 0.15.1 version. The Objective Test Item and Questionnaire were used as research instrument. These instruments were given to experimental and control class as pretest and posttest. According to the analyses result, the value of Normalized gain in experimental class and control class is 0.33 and 0.2. According Independent sample test result the hypothesis in this research was accepted. The value of sig (2-tailed) is 0.019 with significance value is 0.05. Thus, the result of this research are: There is different of students’ understanding using stellarium in learning solar system; The students’ motivation in learning solar system using stellarium is categorized as adequately motivated.
