Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari academic hope dan academic emotions terhadap academic achievement pada mahasiswa FPTK UPI angkatan 2013-2016 sebanyak 354 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross-sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode penelitian survey. Instrumen pada penelitian ini adalah Academic Hope Scale (AHS) dan Achievement Emotion Questionaire (AEQ). Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier dan regresi berganda. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara academic hope dan academic emotions terhadap academic achievement. Artinya, academic hope dan academic emotions menjadi faktor yang dapat menjelaskan tingkat academic achievement pada Mahasiswa FPTK UPI.;---This study is aimed to determine the effect of academic hope and academic emotions toward academic achievement of FPTK UPI with total of 354 students. This research uses cross-sectional research design with quantitative approach and survey research method. The instruments used in this study is Academic Hope Scale (AHS) and Achievement Emotion Questionaire (AEQ). Data collected is analyzed by using linear regression and multiple regression analysis technique. The results obtained show that there is influence between academic hope and academic emotions on academic achievement among students of FPTK UPI. It means that hope and academic emotions become the factors which explain the level of academic achievement among students of FPTK UPI.
