Abstract

Jalan tol Cipularang merupakan jalan tol penghubung yang terletak di provinsi Jawa Barat yang menghubungkan kota Bandung dan Jakarta serta berbatasan langsung dengan provinsi DKI Jakarta. Jumlah penduduk Provinsi Jawa Barat terus meningkat sehingga mobilitas orang dan barang juga meningkat. fasilitas jalan tol mampu mendukung mobilitas tinggi dengan kecepatan rata-rata tinggi dan dalam waktu tempuh yang cepat. Dengan kondisi tersebut kenyataannya pengemudi memacu kendaraan dengan kecepatan yang relatif tinggi tanpa memperhatikan rambu-rambu lalu lintas dan keadaan di sekitarnya sehingga menimbulkan kecelakaan lalu lintas yang menyebabkan korban manusia atau kerugian harta benda. Tingginya angka kejadian kecelakaan lalu lintas jalan tol Cipularang memunculkan beberapa lokasi daerah rawan kecelakaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku perjalanan pengemudi kendaraan terhadap geometrik di lokasi daerah rawan kecelakaan lalu lintas (blackspot). Data yang diperlukan yaitu data perilaku perjalanan pengemudi kendaraan yang melintasi ruas jalan tol cipularang, didapat dengan cara penyebaran angket/kuisioner. Data tersebut selanjutnya diolah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku perjalanan dari masing-masing pengemudi kendaraan dengan metode analisis regresi berganda. Untuk mengetahui lokasi daerah rawan kecelakaan dilakukan studi penelusuran untuk memperoleh informasi lokasi dan geometrik lokasi ruas jalan tol Cipularang dari PT. Jasa Marga Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh perilaku perjalanan pengemudi kendaraan terhadap jumlah peristiwa kecelakaan lalu lintas di lokasi daerah rawan kecelakaan lalu lintas (blackspot) pada ruas jalan tol Cipularang sangat kuat. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis korelasi antar variabel. Hubungan pengaruh perilaku perjalanan pengemudi kendaraan terhadap geometrik lokasi daerah rawan kecelakaan lalu lintas ruas jalan tol Cipularang sangat berkaitan.;---Cipularang toll road is a connecting highway located in the province of West Java that connects the city of Bandung and Jakarta and directly adjacent to the province of DKI Jakarta. The population of West Java Province continues to increase so that the mobility of people and goods also increases. highway facilities are able to support high mobility with high average speed and in fast travel time. With these conditions in fact the driver sped the vehicle at a relatively high speed without regard to traffic signs and the circumstances surrounding it causing traffic accidents that cause human casualties or property loss. The high number of traffic accident incidents Cipularang toll road raises some locations prone to accidents. This study aims to determine the effect of vehicle driver's behavior on geometric journey in the area prone to traffic accidents (blackspot). The required data are the data of the travel behavior of the vehicle crossing the cipularang toll road segment, obtained by means of spreading the questionnaire / questionnaire. The data is then processed to determine the effect of travel behavior of each vehicle driver with multiple regression analysis method. To know the location of accident prone areas, a search study was conducted to obtain location and geometric information on the location of Cipularang toll road section of PT. Jasa Marga The result of the research shows that the influence of vehicle driver's behavior toward the number of traffic accidents in the location of the critical area of a traffic accident (blackspot) on Cipularang toll road is very strong. This is evidenced by the results of correlation analysis between variables. The relation of the influence of vehicle driver's behavior toward the geometric location of the accident-prone areas of the Cipularang toll road is closely related.
