Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Kebutuhan Akreditasi Diklat Kepemimpinan di Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Aparatur Bandung”. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan maksud untuk mengetahui ketercapaian pemenuhan persyaratan Akreditasi pada penyelenggaraan Diklat Kepemimpinan di PPSDM Aparatur Bandung. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, bahwa pemenuhan persyaratan Akreditasi Diklat Kepemimpinan di PPSDM Aparatur belum sepenuhnya tercapai, karena masih ada beberapa komponen yang belum dapat dipenuhi oleh lembaga. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan komponen Renstra yang belum selesai dan belum disahkan, Penjaminan Mutu ISO lembaga yang statusnya masih pending, serta fasilitas Diklat yang belum memenuhi standar dari segi kuantitas. Selain daripada itu, penyelenggaraan Diklat Kepemimpinan di PPSDM Aparatur sudah dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan cukup baik, dan akan lebih baik jika semua persyaratan dapat terpenuhi sehingga status Akreditasi untuk penyelenggaraan Diklat Kepemimpinan dapat segera diperoleh lembaga. ----- This study entitled “Need Analysis for Accreditation of Leadership Training in Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Aparatur Bandung”. This research is conducted with the intention to know the fulfillment of Accreditation requirements in the implementation of Leadership Training in PPSDM Apparatur Bandung. This research used descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation study. Based on the research findings, the requirements of Accreditation of Leadership Training in PPSDM Apparatur has not been fully achieved, because there are still some components that can not be fulfilled by the institution. It is found that Strategic Planning components have not been completed and ratified, ISO as Quality Assurance has not been implemented yet, due to Training facilities have not met the standards of quantity. In addition, the implementation of Leadership Training in PPSDM Apparatur has been able to run effectively and it would be better if all the requirements could be completed so the status of Accreditation for the implementation of Leadership Training can be obtained by the institution. .
