Abstract

Tujuan pendidikan nasional adalah mengembangkan kemampuan dan membentuk watak agar menjadi manusia yang beriman, bertakwa, berakhlak mulia, sehat, berilmu, cakap, kreatif, mandiri, dan bertanggung jawab (UU Sisdiknas No. 20 Tahun 2003). Berbagai macam kebijakan pendidikan telah dikembangkan untuk mencapai tujuan nasional tersebut, termasuk kebijakan manajemen pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen kebijakan program pendidikan, manajemen pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, manajemen kurikulum dan perencanaan pembelajaran, manajemen pembelajaran, manajemen sarana prasarana, manajemen pembiayaan, dan manajemen sistem penilaian, khususnya di SMA Islam Terpadu Miftahul Khoir. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, manajemen pendidikan Islam SMA Islam Terpadu Miftahul Khoir bersifat terpadu. Kebijakan program pendidikan Islam terdiri dari program unggulan yang memadukan aspek-aspek jasmani, rohani, dan akal pikiran dalam setiap pelaksanaan kegiatannya sesuai dengan Alqur’an dan Sunah. Pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan menerapkan dan mengembangkan pengajaran sesuai dengan prinsip Kitab Ta’lim Muta’allim. Kurikulum yang digunakan bersifat terpadu, yang mana seluruh mata pelajaran senantiasa dikaitkan dengan nilai-nilai ke-Islaman. Dalam proses pembelajarannya senantiasa diawali dan diakhiri dengan pembacaan al-ma’ṡurat sebagai upaya pembinaan kepribadian Islami. Keunggulan dalam sarana dan prasarana yakni lokasi sekolah yang strategis dan jauh dari kebisingan sehingga menciptakan suasana belajar yang nyaman. Pembiayaan pendidikan Islam bersumber dari orang tua peserta didik, pemerintah, dan masyarakat. Sistem penilaian bersifat integral atau dengan melibatkan seluruh kegiatan sebagai bagian dari penilaian.------ The objective of national education is to develop the skills and form the character of a human being who is faithful, pious, noble, healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, and responsible (Law No. 20 Year 2003 on National Education System). Various education policies have been developed to achieve the national objective, including the policy of Islamic education management. The research aims to find about the management of education program policies, management of educators and education personnel, management of curriculum and lesson planning, instructional management, infrastructure management, financial management, and assessment system management, especially at Miftahul Khoir Integrated Islamic Senior High School. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentary studies. Based on the research results, the management of education at Miftahul Khoir Integrated Islamic Senior High School is integrated. The policy of Islamic education program consists of featured programs combining the aspects of physical, spiritual, and the mind in the implementation of their activities in accordance with the Qur'an and Sunna. Educators and education personnel implement and develop teaching and learning in accordance with the principles of the Book of Ta'lim Muta'allim. The curriculum applied is integrated, in which all subjects are always associated with Islamic values. The teaching and learning process always begins and ends with the reading of al-ma'ṡurat as an effort to develop Islamic personality. The strength in terms facilities and infrastructure lies in the strategic location of the school which is far from the noise so as to create a comfortable learning atmosphere. The financing of Islamic education is derived from students’ parents, government, and society. The assessment system is integrated or comparable by involving all activities as part of the assessment.
