Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pemilihan pendekatan yang tepat pada pel0atihan untuk memperoleh hasil belajar pelatihan yang maksimum, Pendekatan experiential learning adalah salah satu dari beberapa pendekatan belajar yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar. Belajar tanpa menggunakan pendekatan yang tepat bagai menetskan air di daunt alas. Belajar dengan menggunakan pendekatan yang tepat bagai mengasah diatas batu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara pendekatan experiential learning terhadap hasil belajar permainan kerjasama tim peserta kampung BIDIKMISI UNJ angkatan 2016. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif melalui pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan analisis korelasional. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah semua mahasiswa yang mengikuti kegiatan kampung BIDIKMISI yaitu sebanyak 450 mahasiswa. Sedangkan sampel yang digunakan 15% dari jumlah populasi yang ada, yaitu 68 mahasiswa. Variabel pendekatan experiential learning (X1) sebagai variabel independen dan hasil belajar sebagai variabel dependen (Y). Data hasil belajar didapat dari dokumentasi hasil rata-rata ulangan harian siswa yang merupakan data sekunder. Sedangkan untuk data pendekatan experiential leaning didapat melalui questioner yang diisi oleh responden. Data tersebut kemudian diuji validitas dan realibilitas, lalu analisis melalui teknik regresi sederhana. Hipotesis diuji dengan signifikan pada 0,05 margin of error menggunakan t-test dan analisis varians (ANOVA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara pendekatan experiential leaning terhadap hasil belajar. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesisnya diterima. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan experiential learning itu sangat penting dibangun sebagai upaya mengoptimalkan hasil belajar pada peserta pelatihan kampung BIDIKMISI UNJ. Hal tersebut dikarenakan pendekatan experiential learning memberikan sumbangsih cukup besar terhadap hasil belajar pada peserta pelatihan kampung BIDIKMISI UNJ.;---This research is influenced by the importance of the election of the right approach on mopping sheets trening to gain maximum training learning results, experiential approach to learning is one of several learning approach that can improve learning results. The research method used is a descriptive method through quantitative approach, using korelasional analysis. The population of this research is that all the students who follow the activities of the village BIDIKMISI as many as 450 students. While the sample used 15 percent of the population , namely 68 students. Approach variable experiential learning (X1) as independent variables and the results of the study as dependent variables (Y). Learning results data obtained from the documentation the results of the average daily student who is deut secondary data. While to approach experiential leaning data acquired through the questioner filled by respondents. The data is then tested the validity and realibility and analysis through a simple regression technique. The hypothesis tested with significant on 0.05 margins of error using t-test and analysis varians (ANOVA). The results of the study showed no significant influence between experiential leaning approach toward learning results. It can be concluded that hipotesisnya received. Based on the results of research above it can be concluded that the experiential approach to learning is very important built as part of the effort to optimize the results of the study on the participants in the training of the village BIDIKMISI UNJ. This is due to the experiential approach to learning contribute large enough against the results of the study on the participants in the training of the village BIDIKMISI UNJ.
