Abstract

Hutan Kota Ranggawulung Kabupaten Subang merupakan sarana rekreasi yang berbasis wisata alam. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa kepuasan pengunjung yang berkunjung ke Hutan Kota Kabupaten Subang melalui dua aspek yaitu tingkat kepentingan (Importance) dan tingkat kinerja (Importance) peningkatan kualitas ruang publik. Metode metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan Probability Sampling dengan batasan umur minimal yaitu 16 tahun dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada 100 reponden yaitu pengunjung Hutan Kota. Untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengunjung terhadap peningkatan kualitas ruang publik sebagai sarana rekreasi yang diolah menggunakan Important Performance Analysis (IPA). Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini, menunjukan bahwa tingkat kepentingan (Importance) berada dalam kategori penting sedangkan tingkat kinerja (Performance) berada dalam kategori cukup sehingga berdasarkan olahan melalui Importance Performance Analyiss (IPA) kepuasan pengunjung tidak tercapai karena tingkat kepentingan (Importance) lebih tinggi dari tingkat kinerja (Performance). Melalui matriks Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) terdapat 4 kuadran dengan skala prioritas utama adalah kenyamanan gazebo dan kebersihan Hutan Kota. Indikator dengan skala prioritas rendah namun harus tetap diperhatikan yaitu keamanan Flying Fox, dan keberagaman hewan. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengunjung adalah dengan mengelola dan mengembangkan sarana rekreasi yang ada di Hutan Kota berdasarkan skala prioritas agar lebih efektif dan efisien.;---Ranggawulung City Forest Subang Regency is a recreational means based on nature tourism. The purpose of this study is to analyze the satisfaction of visitors who visit the City Forest Subang Regency through two aspects: the level of importance (Importance) and level of performance (Importance) improvement of public space quality. Method method used in this research that is using descriptive method with quantitative approach and use Probability Sampling with minimum age limit that is 16 year by using questionnaire spread to 100 reponden that is City Forest visitor. To know the level of visitor satisfaction to the improvement of public space quality as recreation facility which is processed using Important Performance Analysis (IPA). Based on the results of this study, it shows that the importance level (Importance) is in the important category while the performance level (Performance) is in enough category so that based on the processing through Importance Performance Analyiss (IPA) visitor satisfaction is not achieved because the level of importance (Importance) is higher than performance level (Performance). Through the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) matrix, there are 4 quadrants with the main priority scale is the comfort gazebo and cleanliness of City Forest. Indicators with low priority scale but must be kept in mind are Flying Fox security, and animal diversity. Efforts made to increase visitor satisfaction is to manage and develop recreational facilities in the City Forest based on priority scale to be more effective and efficient.
