Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelatihan guru pembelajar moda daring bagi guru di sma negeri kabupaten bandung melalui permasalahan yang telah dirumuskan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif survey dengan menggunakan angket dan wawancara serta pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan angket dan pedoman wawancara. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik Simple Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 45 orang guru sma negeri. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah rumus uji kai kuadrat (chi square). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di lapangan, dapat diambil kesimpulan: 1) implementasi pelatihan guru pembelajar moda daring bagi guru di SMA Negeri Kabupaten Bandung pada aspek perencanaan dimulai dengan keterlibatan responden dalam merencanakan kegiatan tersebut; 2) implementasi guru pembelajar moda daring bagi guru di SMA Negeri Kabupaten pada aspek pelaksanaannya disesuaikan dengan karakteristik mata pelajaran yang akan dipelajari oleh peserta.; 3) implementasi guru pembelajar moda daring bagi guru di SMA Negeri Kabupaten pada aspek Sistem penilaian pada peserta pelatihan digunakan untuk mengukur ketercapaian peserta pelatihan tersebut melalui indikator kompetensi dan keberhasilan dari program guru; 4) implementasi guru pembelajar moda daring bagi guru di SMA Negeri Kabupaten pada sistem keluhan dan saran berada pada kategori cukup; 5) implementasi guru pembelajar moda daring bagi guru di SMA Negeri Kabupaten pada survey kepuasaan berada pada kategori baik ---------- This study aims to find out the training of online mode learner teachers for teachers in Bandung State Senior High School through the problems that have been formulated, namely "How is the implementation of online teacher training mode for teachers in Bandung State Senior High School? In more detail this research answer the problem about: 1) How planning of online lecturer teacher training in Bandung State Senior High School? 2) How is the implementation of teacher training of online mode learners for teachers in Bandung State Senior High School 3) What is the online teacher learning system for teachers in Bandung State Senior High School? 4) What is the satisfaction of teachers involved in the training of online learner teachers in Bandung State Senior High School? This research is descriptive survey research using questionnaire and interview and quantitative approach. The instrument of this study used questionnaires and interview guidelines. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling technique with the number of samples as many as 45 people sma country. Data analysis technique used is kai square test formula (chi square). Based on the results of research in the field, it can be concluded: 1) the implementation of teacher training of online mode teachers for teachers in Bandung State Senior High School in planning aspect is in good category; 2) the implementation of online mode learner teachers for teachers in the State Senior High School District on the implementation aspect is in good category; 3) the implementation of online mode learner teachers for teachers in the State Senior High School District on the aspect of assessment is in good category; 4) the implementation of online mode learner teachers for teachers in the State Senior High School District in the complaints and suggestion system is in enough category; 5) the implementation of online mode learner teachers for teachers in the State Senior High School District in the satisfaction survey is in good category.
