Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya efektivitas pembelajaran siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung, khususnya pada Mata Pelajaran Korespondensi Kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan rendahnya nilai yang diperoleh siswa selama periode 4 tahun. Fokus kajian pada penelitian ini diarahkan pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pembelajaran siswa. Komunikasi interpersonal guru salah satu faktor yang diduga menjadi peran penting sebagai penunjang keberhasilan siswa dalam meraih hasil pembelajaran yang baik. Maka dari itu penelitian mengkaji dua variabel yaitu komunikasi interpersonal (X) dan efektivitas pembelajaran (Y). Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 51 siswa Kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran pada mata pelajaran korespondensi di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksplanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner) dengan model skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal guru memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran siswa. Untuk meningkatkan keterkaitan diantara variabel yang diteliti, penelitian ini menyarankan komunikasi interpersonal guru kepada siswa lebih ditingkatkan dengan cara memberikan pengembangan sikap positif kepada siswa seperti; menggali informasi dari materi yang disampaikan, untuk memperoleh hasil belajar yang efektif, dimana guru dituntut kreatif dalam membangkitkan motivasi belajar siswa sehingga akan terjalin komunikasi interpersonal yang baik dan mampu mempengaruhi efektivitas pembelajaran siswa.---------- The problem that studied in this research is lack ofoptimally the effectiveness of student learning in SMK Negeri 1 Bandung, especially on the subject of correspondence class X Office Administration at SMKN 1 Bandung. It is indicated by the student’s score over 4 year period. The focus of the study in this study is directed to the factors that affect the effectiveness of student learning. Interpersonal communication of teachers is one of the factors that is suspected to be an important role to support the success of students in achieving good learning outcomes. Therefore, the study examined the two variables of interpersonal communication (X) and the effectiveness of learning (Y). The respondent in this study which totalled 51 student of class X Office Administration on the subject correspondence at SMKN 1 Bandung. This research using eksplanatory survey method. Technique of collecting data by questionnaire (questionnaire) with model likert scale. Data analysis techniques use simple regression analysis. Result of hypothesis test show that interpersonal communication of teacher have positive and significant influence to effectiveness of student learning. To improve the interrelationship amng the variables studied, this study suggestd interpersonal communication of teachers is further enchanced by giving the development of positive attitude to students such as; Extract information from the material submitted, to obtain effective learning results, where teacher are required to generate creative motivation to learn for students, so that students will involved in interpersonal communication which is good and able to affect the effectiveness of student learning.
