Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Cimahi. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimlanya produktivitas kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Cimahi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua varaibel yaitu Penerapan Sistem Keaarsipan Elektronik (X) dan Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai (Y). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat penerapan sistem kearsipan elektronik dan produktivitas kerja pegawai, selain itu adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penerapan sistem kearsipan elektronik terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Cimahi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan model pemberian skor untuk setiap jawaban menggunakan data interval. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana. Ukuran populasi sebanyak 50 responden yaitu pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Cimahi. Berdasarakan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) penerapan sistem kearsipan elektronik berada pada kategori efektif; (2) produktivitas kerja pegawai pada kategori tinggi; dan (3) Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa penerapan sistem kearsipan elektronik memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai.----------This research was conducted in the department of education of cimahi city (Dinas Pendidikan Kota Cimahi). The problem studied in this research was employee’s productivity in the department of education of cimahi city which is not optimal. This research consisted of two variables that were the implementation of electronic filing system (X) and employee’s productivity (Y). The purpose of this study was to know the overview of the level of the implementation of electronic filing system and employee’s productivity, and to find out how much influence of the implementation of electronic filing system towards employee’s productivity in the department of education of cimahi city. The method used in this research was descriptive and verificatif method. The data were collected by using questionnaire with a scoring model for each answer use interval data. Data were analyzed by using simple regression. The populations in this research were 50 employees in the department of education of cimahi city. The resultshowed that,(1) the implementation of electronic filing system is included in the effective category; (2) employee’s productivity is included in high category; and (3) The hypothesis test results showed that the implementation of electronic filing system has a significant effect towards employees productivity.
