Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “ Pengaruh Supervisi Akademik Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan se-Kecamatan Sumur Bandung. ” Secara umum tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja mengajar guru sekolah menengah kejuruan se-kecamatan sumur bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, serta didukung dengan studi kepustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket/kuesioner, yang menjadi populasi adalah guru sekolah menengah kejuruan dengan sample sebanyak 72 responden. Analisis perhitungan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program Microsoft Excel 2016 dan SPSS 23.0 for Windows. Hasil perhitungan Weight Means Score (WMS), menunjukan bahwa kecenderungan umum untuk Supervisi Akademik Kepala Sekolah termasuk kedalam kategori baik dengan skor 2,97 dan Kinerja Mengajar Guru termasuk kedalam kategori sangat baik dengan skor 3,55. Analisis korelasi antara supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dengan kinerja mengajar guru memiliki hubungan yang rendah dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,335. Besarnya pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja mengajar guru ditunjukan dari hasil uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 11,3%, sedangkan sisanya sebanyak 88,7% menunjukan kinerja mengajar guru dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil uji signifikasi dengan uji-t yaitu t_hitung ≥ t_tabel atau 2,980 ≥ 1,667, artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X dan Y. Adapun persamaan regresi dari kedua variabel ini yaitu Y= 33,225 + 0.335X yang artinya persamaan regresi tersebut mempunyai arti bahwa jika Supervisi Akademik Kepala Sekolah (X) bertambah satu satuan dengan tingkat keberhasilan usaha sebesar 33,225, maka nilai Kinerja Mengajar Guru (Y) akan bertambah sebesar 0,335. ------------ This research is "The Influences of The Principal Academic Supervision to the Teacher’s Teaching Performance on The Vocational High School at District Sumur Bandung." The purpose of this research explain influences of the principal academic supervision to the teacher’s teaching performance in the vocational high school in District Sumur Bandung. This research used descriptive method with quantitative approach, and supported by library research. The collected data by using questioner, which become population is teacher of State Vocational High School with sample counted 72 responder. Calculation analysis in this study using the help of Microsoft Excel 2016 and SPSS 23.0 for Windows. The results of Weight Means Score (WMS) calculations show that the general tendency for the principal academic supervision is included in the good category with a score of 2,97 and the teacher’s teaching performance is included in the category of very good with a score of 3,55. The correlation analysis between the principal academic supervision and the teacher’s teaching performance have low correlation with correlation coefficient value of 0.335. The magnitude of the principal academic supervision and the teacher’s teaching performance is shown from the determination coefficient test results of 11.3%, while the remaining 88.7% indicates is influenced by other factors. Result of significance test with t-test that is t_hitung ≥ t_tabel atau 2,980 ≥ 1,667, meaning there is significant correlation between variable X and Y. The regression equation of these two variables is Y= 33,225 + 0.335X which means the regression equation means that The Principal Academic Supervision (X) added one unit with business success rate of 33,225, then the value of teacher’s teaching performance (Y) will increase by 0.335.
